Variants in Admin Orders
If you want to add a variant item to an order in the admin, they are unsorted in a dropdown.
It would be better if only the main variant was visible in the dropdown and then you could select the options of the variant in a second step.

This ist a really important Feature and needs to implemented soon!
In our shop, we offer products with over 2000 variants. When creating a new phone order, searching for the specific variant a customer wants becomes a complex task. Even using the item number or the exact name is extremely challenging to pinpoint the exact variant among the 2000 options. However, a solution already exists within your system. When creating dynamic product groups, it's possible to select an "advanced selection" option. This allows for an efficient search for the product, and by applying a filter, one can quickly find either the parent product or the specific variant desired. It would be beneficial if this advanced selection feature were also available in the order entry form, enabling a quicker identification of the desired product and its variant. Attached, you will find screenshots of this option for your reference. We would appreciate a prompt implementation of this feature. Thank you.

To extend this with some additional information:
Many merchants have a phone order system. Meaning that customers call them and then place the orders in the customer's stead in the admin.
A great many merchants also have products with hundreds, if not thousands of variants, depending on their industry.
This makes it extremely hard in many cases to accommodate a phone order. B2C customers often don't have the exact product number or exact description letter for letter - at which point it becomes quite difficult to order the correct variant.
As a merchant of ours intelligently poined out - we already have a system in place to be able to provide a much better interface here with something like filters in the various overviews or - even better - when setting up Dynamic Product Groups.
One way to add to what's already there and entirely sufficient for some merchants, would be to add a pop-up menu option like we do in other menus. Click that - overlay opens where you can filter by product filters and ideally even rules like we do in other menus. That way, we'd offer an adequate way of selecting the correct product we want to add to an order via the Admin for virtually all merchants, no matter their situation.
