Custom forms that automatically include product information

To make consultations for important, complex products as simple as possible, I would like to create custom forms and add them to product pages. These forms should contain hidden fields that are automatically populated with product information.
The plan: When a customer has a question about Product A, they fill out a short form on the product page. The product number, title, and price of Product A are automatically added to the message.
This lowers the barrier to contacting us and makes it easier for the customer to get the right advice. Google Ads can be better targeted at interested customers because the contact action is tracked as a conversion.
Important: this needs to work for the Cloud version as well!

Eigene Formulare die automatisch Produktinformationen enthalten

um Beratungen für wichtige, beratungsintensive Produkte so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten, möchte ich eigene Formulare erstellen und den Produktseiten hinzufügen. Diese sollen versteckte Felder enthalten, die automatisch mit den Informationen des Produktes gefüllt werden.
Der Plan: Wenn ein Kunde eine Frage zu Produkt A hat, füllt er auf der Produktseite ein kurzes Formular aus. Der Nachricht werden automatisch Produktnummer, -titel und Preis von Produkt A hinzugefügt.
Die Hemmschwelle zur Kontaktaufnahme wird gesenkt und der Kunde erhält leichter die passende Beratung. Google Ads lassen sich besser auf interessierte Kunden ausrichten, weil die Kontaktaufnahme als Conversion getrackt wird.
Wichtig: auch für die Cloud!
