An error occurred while saving the comment I fully agree with Benjamin - This would be a fantastic change and I'm sure it's important for many merchants. Currently, if you want a badge or something showing there is a discount, you need to make use of the list price. If you want to do this for hundreds or even thousands of products, that's quite a lot of work.
Promotions with the rule conditions are such an excellent feature - it would be the icing on top if it was able to mark products egligible for discounts of a valid promotion as well, where applicable.
Of course, the rule based nature of this makes it difficult to implement because many promotion constellations would only apply in very specific combinations and as such marking items with a badge might not always be a valid approach.
But having a way to do this at all would be very appreciated by many a shop owner. This desire is not a rarity in support tickets from our merchants.

An error occurred while saving the comment A general extension of possibilities here would be great. For example, have the option to display things like custom fields, manufacturer product numbers, remaining stock and so forth.
Since shop owners all use their shops in wildly different ways, and the order overview is one of the most important menus, this would be a fantastic change. For example more options here would aid a lot in picking the products from storage.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alternatively, there could be some sort of switch to enable an info field in the order (or order overview) which connects the orderer's auth_id from b2b_order_context with b2b_debtor_contact to show the name of the B2B companies' orderer so the shop owner can see this as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment Would also be nice to have elements which combine text and image material. This would allow the text to be translated for international sites without the collossal effort of having to create, upload and host images for every language.
Being able to use these elements as product pictures in addition to having them as CMS elements would make it a lot easier for shops that use combo elements (ie. text + picture in one).

An error occurred while saving the comment While this is already possible through API, it is quite complicated and likely to exceed the ability of most merchants. I fully agree with this idea and have a case currently where a merchant is looking to do exactly this.
If we're going to implement this, a nice QoL feature to have would also be to specify where we'd like to store the exports and possibly automatically delete any of them which are older than x which we could allow to specify as well.

To extend this with some additional information:
Many merchants have a phone order system. Meaning that customers call them and then place the orders in the customer's stead in the admin.
A great many merchants also have products with hundreds, if not thousands of variants, depending on their industry.
This makes it extremely hard in many cases to accommodate a phone order. B2C customers often don't have the exact product number or exact description letter for letter - at which point it becomes quite difficult to order the correct variant.
As a merchant of ours intelligently poined out - we already have a system in place to be able to provide a much better interface here with something like filters in the various overviews or - even better - when setting up Dynamic Product Groups.
One way to add to what's already there and entirely sufficient for some merchants, would be to add a pop-up menu option like we do in other menus. Click that - overlay opens where you can filter by product filters and ideally even rules like we do in other menus. That way, we'd offer an adequate way of selecting the correct product we want to add to an order via the Admin for virtually all merchants, no matter their situation.
