  2. In support tickets and in various forums you often read about problems with Shopware updates. It is not uncommon for the store (frontend and admin) to no longer be accessible after an update.

    To avoid destroying the entire store or the customer's test environment, the update should check the accessibility of the frontend/admin at the end. If, for example, the browser returns an error 500, a rollback should be triggered to restore the store to its previous state.

    Currently, the customer is often faced with an unsolvable problem in this case and loses a lot of time until the store…

  3. We currently have 3 sales channels which all work a bit different regarding their sales and payment rules. In addition we will be using promotions extensively. This means that our rule builder is slowly but surely building up with rules and hard to manage. It would be good to be able to flag or group rules and sort / filter them accordingly. Right now we manage with a naming convention, but that's not ideal.

  4. We would love to get back the password generator from shopware 5 for adding new customers from administration. We don't often need it, but in case we need it, it was way more comfortable in Shopware 5.

    If there are any plans for the b2b suite, to give sales representatives the option to add new customers, it would be quite neccessary, I think.

  6. Add "Formal" Tone of Voice. In Product description automatically "Sie" is used, whereas for the checkout message there is no way to do so. Setting it to "neutral" besides "exited" or "humorous" leads to customers being addressed as "Du".

  8. If a wafi is used, smileys usually cause errors during import. An option that prevents the input or automatically converts it to special characters would be very helpful.

  9. If the values for columns cms_page_id and cmsPage within table product will be set to "NULL", the "original" default layout for product pages will be used, although I've managed to set up a new product-page layout and marked it as "default" beforehand.

    Since a different layout was defined as default layout, this particular one should also be used as fallback whenever no layout is assigned.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Create custom product layout
    2. Mark it as new default layout for product pages
    3. For already existing entries --> set values for mentioned columns to "NULL" or simply remove the layout assignment in…

  10. As a shop owner, I want to be able to let customers pay only with prepayment when their return ratio is higher than 50 %, for example. An option "return ratio" within the Rule Builder would be helpful for it.

  12. Cloud customers are not able to clear cache if a change doesn’t appear in the storefront right away. We had to write multiple tickets to make a shopware employee clear our cache. So this feature would benefit us all.

  14. Es fehlt die Möglichkeit die Straße und die Hausnummer in zwei getrennten Kästchen anzeigen zu lassen und im Backend seperat angezeigt zu bekommen.

    Wir haben in der Woche ca. 50 Bestellungen wo nur die Straße ohne Hausnummer eingefügt wird und wir diese Bestellungen nicht versenden können.

    Es gibt zwar einen Workaround über das "Straße & Hausnummer in 2 Felder Plugin" aber es wäre wirklich nett, wenn man das von Haus aus direkt im System einstellen könnte.

  15. Function back in the backend menu.

    e.g.: I go to the product overview on page 3 and jump to an article.

    If I click back I end up back on page 1 and have to click back to page 3.

    Sometimes it's also the case that if you're in one area and you jump from there to another, you can't come back.

    E.g.: I open a product in an order. If I click on back I end up in the product overview and I have no choice but to look for the order again and open it again.

  16. It should be possible to deactivate the table "log_entry" and output the logs to a file/STDOUT/STDERR.

    Ideally, from a resource management point of view, we would like to be able to restrict data in the log_entry. Because if the entries are useless and are only deleted again, database resources are uselessly wasted which worsens the user experience because relevant SQL statements (e.g. purchases) are slower as a result.

  17. Please place a loudspeaker symbol (or other) on the start page in the backend and preferably on each element so that you can give feedback in the menu that is just open.
    Why: The number of feedbacks and interactions (likes and comments) on feedback.shopware.com has so far been very low.

  18. Back in Shopware 5 there was an option called "display inventory shortage in shopping cart" which - when enabled - showed a message within the offCanvas saying, that out of a requested amount, only a specific amount is left available. (For articles, where "on sale"-option (Abverkauf) is enabled).

    For example: "Unfortunately, we can no longer provide the item you requested in sufficient quantities. (10 of 20 available)."

    Please implement as an option for Shopware 6 aswell.

  20. Time and again, customers have the problem with the mailer. It would be helpful and less time-consuming for customers and support if there were a test function for the access data in the mailer.

    This means that it is not necessary to first look in the shopware logs or test mail templates.

    Since the error message is available in the shopware log, it could be read out by the test function and reported to the customer.
