  3. Deutsch:

    Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man in den Systemeinstellungen mehrere Absender E-Mail-Adressen für verschiedene Zwecke wie zum Beispiel Statusmails, Rechnungsversand und Versandbestätigungen hinterlegen könnte.

    So könnten zum Beispiel Rechnungen von der Mail-Adresse invoice@Beispiel.de kommen, Statusmails allerdings von der info@Beispiel.de.
    Versandbestätigungen hingegen könnten von noreply@Beispiel.de versendet werden.

    Zudem wäre es auch hilfreich, wenn man einem Kunden eine zweite E-Mail-Adresse zuordnen könnte, welche dann beim Rechnungsversand automatisch ausgewählt wird. Dies ist gerade im B2B Bereich notwendig, da die Rechnung meist an einen anderen Empfänger als die ursprüngliche Bestellbestätigung geht.

  4. Currently, when a customer registers in our shop with activated DOI, there's no way to resend the mail. What if the mail is deleted by accident or gets eaten by the internet void?

    We can work around this by changing the log level of the shop to include INFO - that way we can resend the mail from our shop's logs.

    We can also install the (free) extension MailArchive, which essentially allows for the same.

    Finally, we can manually check the mailer service on the server for the mail and resend it.

    And we can manually set the customer to…

  6. If we added snippet inheritance, it would be easy to edit versions of a snippet which only requires minor changes.

    For example, let's say German-Swiss. If we had an inheritance on a snippet basis, we could edit only the snippets for shipping costs in the checkout, for example, since it's likely that they differ from the local German shipping cost and/or require different texts for the snippets in the checkout.

    Sure, we could simply create a new snippet set. But that inherits from a base file and every change we make in the German snippet set for example are NOT…

It is currently possible to change the language under Basic information, but the content, e.g. for the shop's bank details field, is maintained globally for all languages and it is not possible to maintain this for one language. This is not user-friendly, as in a sales channel with several languages it should also be possible to make different entries here.

  10. The “Order quantity” and “Minimum stock” should also be used as conditions via the Rule Builder.

    This allows you to offer special shipping methods, for example, if these conditions have reached a certain value.

    The number of requests to expand the options for shipping methods is increasing. Many customers who come from Shopware 5 miss the option of entering individual calculations or combining standard shipping methods with surcharge or discount shipping methods. I'll take DHL as an example here. When shipping abroad, the EU / non-EU distinction is used, the destination countries are divided into zones, there is a basic price and a surcharge per kilogramme.
    This can of course be mapped with Rule Builder and the current shipping methods, but if I send goods weighing up to, say, 100 kg, it means…

  14. I think adding an option to choose a default value for the custom Fields would be a good improvement for the Admin. I was recently implementing a new Custom Field Set and I wanted to add default values that would be set anywhere where you would like to use the custom Fields.

    I just saw that there was also another issue that was opened a few years ago. It seems this is a wanted feature and would be greatly appreciated if you would plan it.

  16. It seems that the deletenewsletterrecipient_task only removes unconfirmed newsletter subscribers that remain in that particular state for longer than x-days. It would be good, if we could automatically remove all newsletter recipents that already unsubscribed and remain in status "Awaiting deletion". Those currently have to be deleted manually.

  17. At the moment the dashboard statistics are bound to the permission to see the orders. If a role just need the right to work with the orders, and the merchant does not want, that the role member is able to look at the statistics, he has no way to configure this.

    It would be nice to have a permission to deactivate the statistics or the complete dashboard to a role.

  19. Tested object: completed orders are not counted correctly - or maybe not at all.

    My order list shows customer orders that are marked as “completed”. (Payment: pending, shipping: partial or completed). But the rule ignores the fact. Even if I set all 3 fields (order, payment, shipping) to "completed" as a test, this rule doesn't apply.
