This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots

  1. Many customers of Fleurop are B2B. Many of them want to add an order number from their internal ERP system like SAP to the order in the checkout. We already have it in our B2B Suite. But in this case, it makes no sense to use the B2B Suite.

  2. In SW 5 there is a function for the shopping basket:

    "Min. shopping basket value above which the option of an individual quotation is offered".

    This function is often requested by customers for SW6.

  3. Enable position related discounts in cart and order details. Currently all discounts that have been granted for one cart are beeing summed up and they show as one dedicated position.

  4. We see 3 products on the checkout but we only have 1. The other 2 are discounts.
    It would be amazing to only show the real products.

  5. It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

  6. Currently, only one logo can be used per payment method for all languages. However, it should be possible to define one logo per language for each payment method so that you have different adverts in the different languages.

  7. According to § 312i Para. 1 S. 1 No. 1 BGB in conjunction with. Art. 246c No. 3 EGBGB, the customer must be provided with adequate, effective and accessible technical means and informed about how input errors can be recognised and corrected before the order is placed. Adequate technical means in this sense are clearly labelled

    In the present case, the e-mail address is not shown on the order page/checkout.

    This must be supplemented with appropriate correction options so that the consumer can recognise and correct incorrect entries.

  8. Currently, it is not being validated, if a product is out of stock at the time of renewal of a subscription. Please implement.

  9. Streichpreis als Variable bei den ITEMs für die Bestellbestätigung

    Damit der Kunde sieht, dass einzelne Produkte längere Lieferzeiten haben. Das entlastet den Kundenservice und erspart Beschwerden, wenn Artikel später versand werden.

    Strike price as a variable in the ITEMs for order confirmation

    So that the customer can see that individual products have longer delivery times. This eases the burden on customer service and saves complaints when items are shipped later.

  10. On event "Order-Placed" the email order confirmation is send to the customer.
    It is NOT possible to stop this email, as it is send outside flow-builder.
    Only after this event the flow-builder can be used to do some action.

    It would be better and more logical, to have this event already through flow-builder. This would give the possibility to react to the order content, payment, etc. and give more specialized order-confirmations.

  11. The possibility to correct the Email should be just as possible as the change of addresses. It happens again and again that typos creep in when entering the email. These can no longer be corrected during the final check by the customer.

    Up to now there is the setting "Enter email twice", but this is cumbersome for the customer and most of the time the email is simply copied into the 2nd field.

  12. While checkout it should be possible to leave billing mail address. Optionally it should be also possible to add/change while the customer are logged in in their account.

  14. Introduce double opt-in after checkout to avoid interrupting the checkout process for customers so they can complete their purchase first.

  17. It should be possible to use the option "tax-free" for countries also for states/regions.
    The Canary Islands in Spain are tax-free. There is no possibility to sell products to the Canary Islands tax-free.
    It´s not an option to set the tax to 0% for this region because the product will then bei sold for the gross price just with 0% tax.

  18. If a customer requests a new password the password recovery page is very standard and simple. It would be great, if would be possible to design the page with a more user-friendly look.

  19. Several customers have contacted us because they thought the discount was not applied during checkout. In reality, discounts and vouchers are only displayed as products, not in the summary of costs. This is completely confusing and, in my opinion, illogical. Discounts and vouchers should be displayed in the same section as shipping costs.

  20. If we offer custom products in the shop which are then placed in the shopping basket without an option, the field with the options is displayed in the shopping basket and is empty. For UX improvements field should be shown only if options are selected.
    At the moment it is a bit confusing for customers if additional options are displayed but none have been defined.
