  1. There should be an option to make a one page checkout. If you use express checkout buttons customers often do not realize that there are other payment options like purchase on account.

    Showing the payment methods under the address form would make the checkout faster and more usable.

    It would boost conversions. If it would not, why is Shopify using it?

  2. It would be nice to have an option to deactivate the checkbox for "I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions" and only display a note, as is also possible with the Data Protection Information during registration.

  3. It would be nice if multiple different subscription products can be put in one cart - currently, that is not possible.
    Also, subscription and NON-subscription products can't be put in one and the same cart -probably due to the fact, that subscription products are stored in table subscription_cart and not cart

  6. For products with graduated prices, these cannot be added directly to the shopping cart at listing level. As soon as graduated prices are defined, “Details” appears at listing level instead of “Add to shopping cart”.

  7. Partial deliveries within orders are often excluded, which is why only the oldest delivery period within the items is important. There should therefore be an option to display only the oldest delivery period in the shopping cart.

    Otherwise, the only alternative would be to completely deactivate the delivery period display.

  8. it would be very useful if shipping cost in the basket could be added if products of different manufacturers create different costs.
    Example:
    product a = 10 €

    product b = 5 €

    total shipping 15 €

  9. Several customers have contacted us because they thought the discount was not applied during checkout. In reality, discounts and vouchers are only displayed as products, not in the summary of costs. This is completely confusing and, in my opinion, illogical. Discounts and vouchers should be displayed in the same section as shipping costs.

  10. It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

  11. Currently, it's only possible to enter voucher codes in the cart.
    It should be possible to deactivate the voucher option, if you don't offer vouchers, for the checkout, that customers do not leave the checkout looking for voucher and don't come back to finish the purchase.

  12. According to § 312i Para. 1 S. 1 No. 1 BGB in conjunction with. Art. 246c No. 3 EGBGB, the customer must be provided with adequate, effective and accessible technical means and informed about how input errors can be recognised and corrected before the order is placed. Adequate technical means in this sense are clearly labelled

    In the present case, the e-mail address is not shown on the order page/checkout.

    This must be supplemented with appropriate correction options so that the consumer can recognise and correct incorrect entries.

  13. The possibility to correct the Email should be just as possible as the change of addresses. It happens again and again that typos creep in when entering the email. These can no longer be corrected during the final check by the customer.

    Up to now there is the setting "Enter email twice", but this is cumbersome for the customer and most of the time the email is simply copied into the 2nd field.

  16. Many customers of Fleurop are B2B. Many of them want to add an order number from their internal ERP system like SAP to the order in the checkout. We already have it in our B2B Suite. But in this case, it makes no sense to use the B2B Suite.

    It should be possible to create additional text fields and a upload field for media (e.g. PDF).
    Examples: additional text fields for entering personalized data such as shoe size and height, to provide a personalized user experience after logging in.
    PDF/media upload field: e.g., for confirming that you are a business customer (trade license, commercial register extract, etc.)

  18. For a smoother checkout experience, it would be great to pre-fill some of the fields on the registration form.

    The country field could be inferred from the context language.
    When selecting an alternate shipping address, most or all fields can be pre-filled with values previously entered as the billing address.

    This feature should be optional and can be toggled via administration.

  20. It would be useful to have the ability to validate addresses inserted by customers against rules that can be defined in the Admin area for each country. Perhaps something like a regex validation.

    This would allow for filtering of invalid characters, to validate the syntax in certain countries or in case of international shipping the filtering of entire character sets (i.e. Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese). This helps with the creation of shipping labels and especially the latter use case would make it easier for shop owners to ship their products to those countries.
