  1. Partial deliveries within orders are often excluded, which is why only the oldest delivery period within the items is important. There should therefore be an option to display only the oldest delivery period in the shopping cart.

    Otherwise, the only alternative would be to completely deactivate the delivery period display.

  2. it would be very useful if shipping cost in the basket could be added if products of different manufacturers create different costs.
    Example:
    product a = 10 €

    product b = 5 €

    total shipping 15 €

  3. Several customers have contacted us because they thought the discount was not applied during checkout. In reality, discounts and vouchers are only displayed as products, not in the summary of costs. This is completely confusing and, in my opinion, illogical. Discounts and vouchers should be displayed in the same section as shipping costs.

  4. It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

  5. The possibility to correct the Email should be just as possible as the change of addresses. It happens again and again that typos creep in when entering the email. These can no longer be corrected during the final check by the customer.

    Up to now there is the setting "Enter email twice", but this is cumbersome for the customer and most of the time the email is simply copied into the 2nd field.

  6. While checkout it should be possible to leave billing mail address. Optionally it should be also possible to add/change while the customer are logged in in their account.

  7. As a shop owner I would like to define the payment sequence that is shown to my customers
    so that the checkout process is quicker and has reduced risks in failing due to payment methods.

  8. Many customers of Fleurop are B2B. Many of them want to add an order number from their internal ERP system like SAP to the order in the checkout. We already have it in our B2B Suite. But in this case, it makes no sense to use the B2B Suite.

  9. If the shopping basket contains several tax rates, each tax rate should be managed individually as an item for discounts.

    Currently, if the shopping basket contains several tax rates, a discount item is created which contains the discount for both tax rates.

    However, this can lead to problems for some merchandise management systems.

  10. The delivery country should be displayed in the offcanvas cart too or it should be an option for this.

    This gives customers a better overview. In addition, this is sometimes requested by large customers without having to carry out an extra customisation.

    The problem with customisation is always the ability to update.

  11. It would be useful to have the ability to validate addresses inserted by customers against rules that can be defined in the Admin area for each country. Perhaps something like a regex validation.

    This would allow for filtering of invalid characters, to validate the syntax in certain countries or in case of international shipping the filtering of entire character sets (i.e. Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, Japanese). This helps with the creation of shipping labels and especially the latter use case would make it easier for shop owners to ship their products to those countries.

  12. It is currently possible to delete discounts from your cart and the checkout.
    This behaviour could lead to customers accidentally deleting discounts via the "X" that they are obliged to.
    Mandatory or non deletable discounts could solve this problem.
    Why would a customer want to delete a discount from his/her cart?

  13. Shipping discount is not shown on cart for guest costumer - despite it is valid - because shipping price could not be calcutlated yet:

    THE PROBLEM:
    Our customer works with different shipping prices per postal code.
    Therefor shipping cost can only be calculated wen a costumer has provided his postal code.

    When we now have a discount for shipping, the shopping dart does not display it.
    When a user enters a voucher/coupon code for it, the shopping cart does not show any notion, that has been applied or not.

    This is problematic…

  14. Show value for packUnit in OffCanvas and cart summary on /checkout/register. Currently it only shows "Anzahl" or "Stück" even if a different packUnit has been defined for a product.

  15. Please add express buttons for google/apple pay. Customers are used to these and the payment options doesnt really make sense otherwise. Apple pay should also be disabled/hidden on non iOS devices.

  16. If a customer requests a new password the password recovery page is very standard and simple. It would be great, if would be possible to design the page with a more user-friendly look.

  17. We see 3 products on the checkout but we only have 1. The other 2 are discounts.

  18. Now you can show the delivery time per product in the shopping cart. But it would be better to have an extra option where you can also add the shipping time based on the chosen shipping method. For instance: delivery time for product A = 2 days, shipping method X = 1-3 days and shipping method Y= 4-6 days. Whenever a customer adds product A this his/her shopping cart and choose shipping method X the delivery time will be 3-5 days and when he/she chooses shipping method Y the delivery time for that product will change to 6-8 days. Now…

  20. Streichpreis als Variable bei den ITEMs für die Bestellbestätigung

    Damit der Kunde sieht, dass einzelne Produkte längere Lieferzeiten haben. Das entlastet den Kundenservice und erspart Beschwerden, wenn Artikel später versand werden.

    Strike price as a variable in the ITEMs for order confirmation

    So that the customer can see that individual products have longer delivery times. This eases the burden on customer service and saves complaints when items are shipped later.
