  1. We need custom fields so the customer is able to insert a reference or his external order number. This field should also be displayed in the invoice

  2. it would be very useful if shipping cost in the basket could be added if products of different manufacturers create different costs.
    Example:
    product a = 10 €

    product b = 5 €

    total shipping 15 €

  3. I noticed that, when I enter the shopping cart and select a different country, the standard shipping remains preselected, although it should switch to that for the respective countries. When entering the address at the checkout, however, only the correct shipping method can be selected again, which means that customers might be initially confused. Maybe a fix for that would be nice

  4. Please add express buttons for google/apple pay. Customers are used to these and the payment options doesnt really make sense otherwise. Apple pay should also be disabled/hidden on non iOS devices.

  6. Mixed carts allow customers to make both subscriptions and one-time purchases in a single checkout process. Previously, subscriptions could only be completed separately. By combining these options, it enhances upselling opportunities and improves the shopping experience for users by simplifying and adding flexibility to the purchasing process.

  7. It should be possible to use the option "tax-free" for countries also for states/regions.
    The Canary Islands in Spain are tax-free. There is no possibility to sell products to the Canary Islands tax-free.
    It´s not an option to set the tax to 0% for this region because the product will then bei sold for the gross price just with 0% tax.

  8. If a customer requests a new password the password recovery page is very standard and simple. It would be great, if would be possible to design the page with a more user-friendly look.

  9. Enable position related discounts in cart and order details. Currently all discounts that have been granted for one cart are beeing summed up and they show as one dedicated position.

  10. It would be a nice option to have the possibility to exclude Sundays for example from the delivery time calculation. Of course, we can already cover this with the delivery time SPAN and NAME of the delivery method, saying 1-3 WORKdays or something.

    But it would be a nice QoL feature, especially for customers, if the calculation took days we defined into the equation and could thus be more specific.

    If we wanted to take this a step further, we could also offer a calendar where we can configure holidays and whatnot.

  11. It would be nice to have an option to deactivate the checkbox for "I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions" and only display a note, as is also possible with the Data Protection Information during registration.

  12. The normalization of telephone numbers according to the E 164 standard should be implemented. Shopware currently allows any values and text in the checkout and customer account when entering telephone numbers. However, this results in problems, as telephone numbers are used for many purposes in ecommerce. For example, DHL Express ODD, Custom Audiences in Google/Meta, international callbacks in customer service, integration of marketing automation for SMS/WhatsApp, etc. The quality of telephone numbers should therefore be standardized and of high quality to make Shopware 6 merchants competitive in a growing international market.

  13. We see 3 products on the checkout but we only have 1. The other 2 are discounts.
    It would be amazing to only show the real products.

  14. Several customers have contacted us because they thought the discount was not applied during checkout. In reality, discounts and vouchers are only displayed as products, not in the summary of costs. This is completely confusing and, in my opinion, illogical. Discounts and vouchers should be displayed in the same section as shipping costs.

  15. It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

  16. If we offer custom products in the shop which are then placed in the shopping basket without an option, the field with the options is displayed in the shopping basket and is empty. For UX improvements field should be shown only if options are selected.
    At the moment it is a bit confusing for customers if additional options are displayed but none have been defined.

  17. Currently, only one logo can be used per payment method for all languages. However, it should be possible to define one logo per language for each payment method so that you have different adverts in the different languages.

  18. Now you can show the delivery time per product in the shopping cart. But it would be better to have an extra option where you can also add the shipping time based on the chosen shipping method. For instance: delivery time for product A = 2 days, shipping method X = 1-3 days and shipping method Y= 4-6 days. Whenever a customer adds product A this his/her shopping cart and choose shipping method X the delivery time will be 3-5 days and when he/she chooses shipping method Y the delivery time for that product will change to 6-8 days. Now…

  19. The products linked in "Cross Selling" tab should also optional appear at cart / checkout, based on all products at cart.

    The merchant should set the appropriate Cross Selling title.
    And: the merchant should be set max products showing at the cart (e.g. 5). Should also work for off-canvas cart.

  20. Currently, it's only possible to enter voucher codes in the cart.
    It should be possible to deactivate the voucher option, if you don't offer vouchers, for the checkout, that customers do not leave the checkout looking for voucher and don't come back to finish the purchase.
