  1. A possibility to carry out orders as a test. So that they are clearly marked as a test or can be deleted again.

    We also have to test our productive system and sometimes documents are created there. Then you can no longer delete an order from Shopware. It would be practical if a frontend user could be put into a test environment in the production system. Or something similar.


    Eine Möglichkeit, Bestellungen als Test durchzuführen. So, dass sie klar als Test gekennzeichnet sind, bzw. wieder gelöscht werden können.

    Wir müssen auch unser Produktivsystem testen und manchmal werden dort Belege erstellt.…

  4. A function is desired that shows in the shopping cart/cashout how much € is still needed until free delivery.

    This keeps customers in the shop and generates more sales. The function should be included in the standard.

  6. Modern checkout processes only ask for necessary e.g. only e-mail & password for initial registration and then later in the checkout address step for address information.
    In SW6 merchants don't have the flexibility to decide what data and at which step in the checkout it is collected.
    More options to configure and individualise would help to increase CR, lower frustration potential on the customer side, and adapt to country specific requirements.

  8. It would be a nice option to have the possibility to exclude Sundays for example from the delivery time calculation. Of course, we can already cover this with the delivery time SPAN and NAME of the delivery method, saying 1-3 WORKdays or something.

    But it would be a nice QoL feature, especially for customers, if the calculation took days we defined into the equation and could thus be more specific.

    If we wanted to take this a step further, we could also offer a calendar where we can configure holidays and whatnot.

  9. The products linked in "Cross Selling" tab should also optional appear at cart / checkout, based on all products at cart.

    The merchant should set the appropriate Cross Selling title.
    And: the merchant should be set max products showing at the cart (e.g. 5). Should also work for off-canvas cart.

  10. Currently, it's only possible to enter voucher codes in the cart.
    Customers should be able to enter voucher codes in each checkout step or at least at the end of checkout at the order overview before submitting the purchase.

  11. The normalization of telephone numbers according to the E 164 standard should be implemented. Shopware currently allows any values and text in the checkout and customer account when entering telephone numbers. However, this results in problems, as telephone numbers are used for many purposes in ecommerce. For example, DHL Express ODD, Custom Audiences in Google/Meta, international callbacks in customer service, integration of marketing automation for SMS/WhatsApp, etc. The quality of telephone numbers should therefore be standardized and of high quality to make Shopware 6 merchants competitive in a growing international market.

  12. Possibility to create promotions that not only apply discounts but also can add addtional costs in certain cases.Example: customer has a cart volume over 100,00€ and chose payment method "cash on delivery" -> this should cost 5,00 € additionally because the risk is higher

  13. When selecting either shipping or payment method, Shopware changes the sorting of the methods so that the selected method is moved to the top.

    There is no logic behind this, and it is very poor UX, as the user gets very unsure whether they chose the right option, since the one selected was moved.

    Strongly suggest simply changing it so that the selected method is kept at the position it was at originally (from the initial sorting of the method from Admin).

  15. Enable position related discounts in cart and order details. Currently all discounts that have been granted for one cart are beeing summed up and they show as one dedicated position.

  16. It would be nice if multiple different subscription products can be put in one cart - currently, that is not possible.
    Also, subscription and NON-subscription products can't be put in one and the same cart -probably due to the fact, that subscription products are stored in table subscription_cart and not cart

  18. Mixed carts allow customers to make both subscriptions and one-time purchases in a single checkout process. Previously, subscriptions could only be completed separately. By combining these options, it enhances upselling opportunities and improves the shopping experience for users by simplifying and adding flexibility to the purchasing process.

  19. It would be nice to have an option to deactivate the checkbox for "I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions" and only display a note, as is also possible with the Data Protection Information during registration.

  20. It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.
