Activity & history logging in the admin

Such a function is highly relevant in terms of providing a complete activity history in the admin area. Not only would such a function significantly increase traceability in the event of unexplained changes, it would also greatly improve transparency within the shop team and speed up troubleshooting considerably. Changes in areas such as categories, layout assignments, products & prices, and the rule builder & flows are particularly critical in this regard.

Existing logging in modules should be improved as well, e.g. when changing order status(only api call users are logged, admin users are listed as SYSTEM)

The customer would like to see which user changed the layout of the category for example.

The Customer would love to be able to see historical changes to the products (in the admin panel). For ex. who added and changed the inventory. It was a feature available in the Client's previous system (Shoplo)
