Tablet-Preview shows Landscape-Icon but uses Portrait-View like big mobile Portrait-Mode, means one Block per Row.
In real life there are 2 Blocks per Row which makes it a resized Desktop-View - impossible to design .... -

Content blocks should be sortable by Drag&Drop within the designer and not just with the "Navigator".

The blue "+" in a shopping experience layout opens "Blocks". If you are already in "Blocks" the behavior is not clear because nothing happens. A modal with all existing content blocks would be more helpful.
