Reply directly to a contact form
It should be possible to reply to a contact form. Email from the contact request/contact form should jump in directly as a recipient when one clicks on reply.

This should be default build-in, as it is in ANY other contact-form solution.
Please Shopware fix this asap!

yeah, without the user experience is quite a mess. I already hear complaints from customers, although the store is still in development.

Without this feature the contact forms that come with the plans are useless for any customer who is using a ticket system. Ironically the contact forms which is included into the community edition uses the email of the customer as from adress and is therefore more suitable but noch adaptable.
