Shopware Analytics - 2ⁿᵈ Iteration
Following the launch of the first iteration of Shopware Analytics, we are continuing to develop the next iterations, which will further enhance functionalities. Additionally, we will steadily introduce a series of new dashboards featuring more metric visualizations. These updates will be rolled out independently of Shopware minor releases, leveraging the flexibility of our App-based service.
We invite you to explore the new features of Shopware Analytics and share your feedback. Your insights and feedback will be considered during development to ensure continuous improvement.

We already started the further development and already added new statistics:
Added a new KPI “Promotion codes”
Added a new KPI “Sales by manufacturer”
Added a new KPI Sales by country
Added a new KPI Best selling products

- Analysis by tops / flops products and categories
- Conversion rate
- Visitors
- Number of sales per product -

Thank you for this fantastic tool, it has a lot of potential!
Here are a few suggestions for improvements:
1. Number of new customers, specifically those who have ordered for the first time in the last X days.
2. Source of the customers.
3. Popular search terms.
4. Ability to compare data from two or more months side by side.
5. Number of items sold per product within a selected timeframe.
6. Orders with coupons/codes categorized by the most and least used.
7. Abandoned carts.
8. Orders categorized by quarter/week/day/time/gender.
9. And of course, visitors/real-time visitors/visitors by category/page.These are just a few ideas that I believe would make many users of your plugin very happy. :)

Danke für das tolle Tool. Aber ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler. Der Bereich hat hier einen doppelten Scrollbalken (siehe Foto). Es wird hier nicht die Seite als ganzes gescrollt, sondern das IFrame.

It would be great if we could select different payment status for the analytics. Like "paid" + "paid partially" + "open" in a select menu (accordingly to the status set by the shop itself). At the moment it does only consider orders with the status "paid". Many thanks for considering!

ein paar Dinge die wir aus unseren Erfahrungen zusätzlich gerne mit drin hätten:
- Gesamtumsatz einstellbar mit noch unbezahlten Bestellungen und nicht nur als bezahlt markierte
- Durchschnittlicher Bestellwert einstellbar mit noch unbezahlten Bestellungen und nicht nur als bezahlt markierte
- Kunden einstellbar nur aktive Kunden, die mindestens einmal bestellt haben, innerhalb eines Zeitraumes xEnglish:
A few things that we would like to see added based on our experience:- Total turnover adjustable with still unpaid orders and not only orders marked as paid
- Average order value can be set with unpaid orders and not just those marked as paid
- Customers can only be set for active customers who have ordered at least once within a period x(Edited by admin) -

Die Umsatzanzeige sollte auch die Mehrwertsteuer sowie die anteiligen Versandkosten ausweisen können. Das würde einiges an Arbeit in der Buchhaltung und in Verbindung mit der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung für das Finanzamt erleichtern und wäre zumindest eine gute Kontrolle.

The sales report should also be able to show the VAT and the proportionate shipping costs. This would make a lot of work easier in accounting and in connection with the advance VAT return for the tax office and would at least be a good control.(Edited by admin) -

i like to have a function so i can see stats of how many time a certain coupon code is used for a given time.
i use tracking based on certain coupon codes, so it would be nice to see them in the stats -

It would be very useful to have basic analytics for promotions. E.g. how often was a specific promotion used already, when were the promotions used over time, etc.
