(Cover) images should be editable with Bulk Edit
It would be a nice quality of life improvement if we could set cover images in bulk. This topic comes up every now and then in support tickets as well as this feedback portal. This is the fourth attempt (fifth if you count the one that got lost reporting this as an issue on Github).
Especially for variant this would save time. Imagine you got a T-shirt main product that comes in 4 colours and 12 sizes and let's assume the different sizes don't need specific images.
Now you got 12 products each (per colour) that you need to assign the images to (by hand - API doesn't count as most shops do not have developers attached to them).
In a perfect world, we could just mark those 12 and bulk edit the cover image -> done!

"Exactly! We cannot afford to manually assign the colors for every size across so many important products, even though we know very well that accurate color representation on the product page is essential to a purchase decision.
One example is the entire safety clothing category, where we still assign all colors to sizes manually, one by one. For products with many colors and different sizes (https://www.leithners-shop.de/korntex-warnweste-berlin-multifunktional-mit-taschen/S70100140), we cannot manage this without making multiple changes. As a result, the product presentation looks unprofessional."
