Better cross and up selling
There is only a manual without any algorithm control. The maintenance of each article or page individually is very time-consuming and can not even be analyzed.

Admin: Make product number the first criteria to search, filter and display products
The product number is treated stepmotherly, although most traders work with numbers rather than titles.
In many places the product number can be searched for, but in the result lists the product name is displayed.
Example: Category Product AssignmentIn the product list, a pre-filter is needed for the product number.

Bulk editing for variants - implement field "title"
Currently, there is no field "title" in the bulk editing for variants. Therefore, if wanting to disable / enable inheritance of this field, it is not possible via bulk edit.

Sorting of Variants in Administration
The sorting of the variant options within the variant overview (opened via the main article) differs from the variant overview - opened via the button in the general article overview. However, the view should be the same.

Product configurator
Somewhat similar to custom products: There's no option tho to change "normal" variant, for example if a "blue" variant should always cost 5€ more than the main product. When Changing the price of the main product, the variant price should be changed automatically aswell.

Enable the sale of yard goods
Presently, it is not possible to handle products that are usually sold in DIY stores or interior design markets like fabric, wood etc. as they are sold as so called "yard goods", for example 1.5 linear, square and cubic meters and so on. This also goes for the sale of working hours etc as one cannot enter non-integers.
Please enable this feature in standard functionality of Shopware, as I guess that this is a wide used functionality and thus gives SW6 more reach.

Change price of variants automatically when changing price of main product
There should be a possibility to let the prices of variants change automatically when changing the price of the main product to reduce manual labor.
Suggestion: Allow an absolute or percentual surcharge per variant, e.g. 5€. When changing the price of the main product the variant changes aswell (X + 5€).3 votes -

Differ scale unit for selling unit and base price
Enable the option to define a base price for verticals like food products that can be displayed on the storefront.
Currently, it's not possible to differ the scale unit for the actual content and the base price.
Example:
A food product that comes in a package of 50 gramm, but base price is set per 1 kilogramm.
When i define the scale unit as "kilogramm", it always shows also my selling unit (package of 50gramm) as "0.05 kilogramm", not "50 gramm"2 votes -

Define redirection variant for sold out variants
It should be possible to define a "secondary" variant where the end customer get's redirected to, if the variant he clicks on (via search suggest, landingpages etc.) is sold out.

Main product stock as sum of child variants stock
For the Product Managers, easily getting a view of stock levels is difficult - especially as the parent stock levels do not seem to be calculated from variant/child stock levels, and there is no simple way of just seeing underlying inventory levels (Parents and Non-variant single items are indistinguishable).

Option in the admin to hide variants in drop-down menus
For shops with many variants, it isn't apparent if all variants are always displayed in the drop-down menus in the admin (e.g. for cross-selling) instead of one main product. It would be more effective to set in the admin that only the main product would be displayed in the lists.
