  1. Currently, if mandatory fields are empty while saving, the following message is shown:

    "1x "This field must not be empty.""

    This often times will lead to uncertainty since the exact field is not mentioned within the error message itself.

    Therefore, it would be nice to have some kind of message that looks like:

    [fieldname]: "This field must not be empty."

    Thank you for your feedback and your patience with this topic!


    In a first iteration, we already improved the error handling for the product module by highlighting the specific tab in which the error occurred and displaying a list of missing fields at the top of the module. In further iterations, we like to specify these messages.

  3. Currently, the net price changes if you offer products in other countries with different taxes. The gross price remains the same.

    There should be an option to decide for yourself whether the net price remains the same with a variable gross price, or whether the gross price remains the same with a variable net price.

  5. As a shop owner, I want to be able to add files as downloads to the product detail page or cart. All files can be displayed as links. A click on a link downloads the files to the user's computer.

    Display variants permanently in the product overview via option. It is repeatedly pointed out that it is inconvenient for editing that information on variants can only be viewed after opening the main product, for example, prices or stock.

  7. If a cross-selling article is currently assigned to an article, this assignment only takes place in one direction.
    It would be desirable ( linked to an option(?)), if the assignment takes place on both sides, however.

    So - article A is assigned article B as a cross-selling article and displayed accordingly on the detail page of article A.

    However, if I now call up the detail page of article B, I would like article A to be automatically displayed as a cross-selling article at the same time.

  9. Right now, the field "cheapest price last 30 days" needs to be manually updated, which can lead to an enormous workload. It would be simpler to have an automatism that automatically picks out the cheapest price within the last 30 days.

  10. The storefront presentation can be used to define a specific variant preselection for the listing as well as for the detail page.

    If the main article is now selected for display in the listing, but no variant is defined for the preselection on the detail page, any variant is preselected seemingly at random, even if it is no longer available in terms of stock.

    Here it would be desirable if we could simply select the next available variant option as a fallback.

  11. It should be possible to display both main products and individual product variants in the cross-selling area. It is a great advantage for shop owners that you can set both.
    For example, if a customer has selected a children's mattress in the size 70x40cm, it would be optimal to also have the matching fitted sheet suggested in this size. However, there are no matching versions for other products. There, it would be better to have the main product suggested without a size selection and with a 'from' price. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. At the moment, the shop owner…

  12. In sw5 there was a tab where you could enter links and downloads.
    Would be nice to have this as standard in SW6.

    It would also be nice for the function to take over this maintained data when migrating from SW5 to SW6.

  15. Should be instead of: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100

    50, 100, 200

    Default should be 100.

    Why: to see more products at once and on larger resolution display (higher that FullHD) it is not a problem to see 200 products at once.

  16. Currently you can bulk edit product media, so you can add images for multiple products at once. However this does not effect / set the cover image. Therefore it would be great if there is an option in the bulk edit to set an image as cover image for multiple products at once.

  20. It should be possible to define a "secondary" variant where the end customer get's redirected to, if the variant he clicks on (via search suggest, landingpages etc.) is sold out.
