  1. In Shopware 5, it was possible to sort customers into the following customer streams:

    The following Dynamic segmentation: customers are automatically sorted into streams as soon as they fulfill the criteria.

    Parallel groups: Customers can be in multiple streams, allowing flexible segmentation.

    Possible applications: Streams can be used for personalized marketing campaigns, specific discounts or targeted newsletters.

    Please add the customer stream again in Shopware 6:

    Customers can be assigned to one or more dynamic groups.

    The dynamic customer groups should be definable via the Rule Builder and the standard customer group (e.g. B2B, standard customer) should not be changed.

  2. For customer satisfaction survey: ability to ask some simple questions after the checkout to link a shopping experience or survey to external service to measure NPS, CES, CSAT.

  3. For individual codes, there should be an additional column in which you can tick whether the code has already been sent to a customer.

    This prevents someone from sending the same code again and having to record this in an external file.

  5. It is currently not possible to use individual discount codes of a promotion together.
    This means, for example, if you send a customer 4 individual voucher codes with a €50 discount each so that they can redeem their €200 total discount either split up or several codes together, this will not work if the individual discount codes all come from one promotion.

    However, if the individual discount codes come from 4 different promotions, the customer can redeem them in combination.
    This function would be a useful extension for many customers, for example by adding a button in a promotion asking…

  6. Discounts are not enabled for subscriptions by default.

    A discount should be also available for subscriptions in addition to the discount that is already set in the subscription.

    E.G. a subscription has a 10% discount set. A regular discount is defined via promotion and is used for a reqular cart. When the same produdct is used in a subscription the discount from the promotion is not applied.

    If a merchant want´s to apply both discounts within a subscription an option is needed in the promotion to use it also within subscritions.

  7. It should also be possible to process discount promotions if orders with this discount have already been placed.

    Some discounts are intended to be used permanently, except that the discount itself changes from time to time. However, this is currently not possible.

  8. There are companies in our customer base that have several buyers. However, the voucher can only be redeemed once per company, regardless of how many buyers this company has. This means that not every customer should be able to use the voucher once, but only each company once in total.

  11. Customer feedback: The promotions module should receive additional configurable columns within the overview, like showing the discount value (e.g. absolute/percentual mode) as well as their value (e.g. 70% or 70.00)

  12. If you have a lot of promotions and then new sales channels are added, you have to add the new sales channels to each promotion individually.

    There should be an option “All sales channels” so that new sales channels are automatically included.

  14. Promotion codes should be reactivated automatically (when an order is cancelled).

    Example: An order (with promotion) was set to cancelled after a certain time. Unfortunately, the code still has the status "used". After such or a similar cancellation, the code should automatically be released again.

  15. At present, multiple discounts are always deducted from the total amount of the shopping basket.

    There is also very often the scenario that multiple discounts are to be granted. In this case, the discounts should always be deducted from the new total, as otherwise far too much discount is granted.

    Example
    1. discount:
    from 300 € > 3 % discount
    from 500 € > 5 % discount

    1. discount: 2 % discount

    Here the second discount (2% discount) must not be deducted from the original total, it must be deducted from the new total (after 1st discount).

  17. Promotions should have their own order number as in Shopware 5. Some merchandise management systems require this in order to be able to work with them properly.

  18. Currently, it doesn't matter whether voucher codes are capitalized or not, as long as the code is correct. It would be nice to offer an option for the customer to set whether the voucher codes should be case-sensitive.

  19. Currently, there is no good option to tell a promotion to only apply the discount to two different items.

    Example:

    Buy item A + 1 of items B-E and get a €250 discount
    Buy item A + 2 different items from B-E and get 500 € discount

    The first works without any problems.
    The second also works, but it also works if you add item B to the shopping cart twice, for example.

    There is the rule “Total number of different items in the shopping cart” but this is also counted with items that are not part of the promotion.
