Recommendations based on AI
Recommendations are currently only manually in Shopware. Based on the new statistics module, it would be cool if shop owner could give their customers recommendations for products. The recommendations could be based on orders already placed by the customer, in which the AI also considers the date and possibly the weather. "Dear customer, this time last year it was so cold/warm that you ordered the following..."

Automated Birthday Greetings with Discounts
I would like to suggest an enhancement to Shopware 6 that brings back a popular and valuable feature from Shopware 5: automatically sending birthday emails with discount codes or greetings to customers.

Apply different discount levels depending on Shopping cart value (with one and the same code)
It would be really nice, if we could define different discount levels depending on the shopping cart value in combination with one same discount code. This is a standard usecase for promotions.
Currently this is not possible, because you can only define one shopping cart rule per promotion.
Since you cannot create multiple promotions with the same discount code, multiple promotions with different shopping cart rules are not possible at this time.Either it should be possible to create multiple promotions with the same discount code or there should be an option to apply customer-, shopping cart- and order rules…

For Advanced Google Ads Conversions: mail address on the finish page

Advanced Google Ads Conversion from Google requires at least the email address on the finish page for this to be activated.Hence my wish to display the order email address on the finish page.
This wouldn't have any other advantage: We have customers who logged in with the wrong email or an email from a colleague at the company and are surprised that they don't receive an order confirmation. Here these customers would see exactly which email address the order confirmation was sent to.DE:

Individual promotion code: Additional column for ticking a box (already sent to a customer)
For individual codes, there should be an additional column in which you can tick whether the code has already been sent to a customer.
This prevents someone from sending the same code again and having to record this in an external file.

Promotion label
Used promotions have a position in the cart, given the promotion's name. That name therefore normally should be something "understandable for the customer".
However when having a larger number of promotions, it can get quite confusion to work internally with all the promotions in a shop, having nothing but these "customer friendly names".Solution: The "name" of promotions is their internal identifier. Above that every promotion gets a field for a public "label" which its position in the cart gets labeled when cashed in.

Apply Discount as direct deduction with extended display (Strike prices) in the frontend.
In Shopware 6, the discount is not displayed directly on the product, as it was in Shopware 5, but rather as a separate item in the shopping cart.
I would like to have the option to avoid this. For example:
If there is a 10% discount on products from a specific brand, the discount (Strike prices) should be applied globally directly to the product without having to manually reduce each item and later readjust them. Combination of discount codes from a single promotion
It is currently not possible to use individual discount codes of a promotion together.
This means, for example, if you send a customer 4 individual voucher codes with a €50 discount each so that they can redeem their €200 total discount either split up or several codes together, this will not work if the individual discount codes all come from one promotion.
However, if the individual discount codes come from 4 different promotions, the customer can redeem them in combination.

Promotions should be combined with discounts in subscriptions
Discounts are not enabled for subscriptions by default.
A discount should be also available for subscriptions in addition to the discount that is already set in the subscription.
E.G. a subscription has a 10% discount set. A regular discount is defined via promotion and is used for a reqular cart. When the same produdct is used in a subscription the discount from the promotion is not applied.
If a merchant want´s to apply both discounts within a subscription an option is needed in the promotion to use it also within subscritions.

Add Function Customer Streams in Shopware 6
In Shopware 5, it was possible to sort customers into the following customer streams:
The following Dynamic segmentation: customers are automatically sorted into streams as soon as they fulfill the criteria.
Parallel groups: Customers can be in multiple streams, allowing flexible segmentation.
Possible applications: Streams can be used for personalized marketing campaigns, specific discounts or targeted newsletters.
Please add the customer stream again in Shopware 6:
Customers can be assigned to one or more dynamic groups.
The dynamic customer groups should be definable via the Rule Builder and the standard customer group (e.g. B2B, standard customer) should not be changed.

Promotions: Max uses per company
There are companies in our customer base that have several buyers. However, the voucher can only be redeemed once per company, regardless of how many buyers this company has. This means that not every customer should be able to use the voucher once, but only each company once in total.

In Promotions there should be an option “All sales channels” so that new sales channels are automatically included.
