This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

  2. It should be possible to output the shipping costs automatically as in Shopware 5, and not statically!

    It should also be possible to output prices when they are generated with PriceRules. At least for the standard customer group.

    It should be possible to exclude articles that were excluded with Dynamic Access from the feeds. At least for the standard customer group.

    These are not "wishes" - rather things that should actually be a matter of course.

  3. Challenge: Our dealers need to be able to maintain images for the individual languages individually on the product. Currently, this is not possible because the images are the same for all languages.

    Solution: The merchant can choose, similar to the variants (chain symbol), whether the images on the product should also differ in the languages.

  4. I want to define per sales channel whether net, gross or even no prices should be displayed. This would allow me to define a price view globally without multiplying customer groups within sales channels.

  5. To ensure, that merchants can change their categories, shop system etc. without having to worry about the redirection management it would be helpful to have automation mechanisms for this within Shopware.

  7. As ERP systems attached to the shop are the same, it makes sense to use sales channels for different shops. However the shops are using a different language to address their target group. Hence we would like to be able to adjust the snippets by sales channel.

    Currently it's only possible to connect to one SMTP server for emails. There are usecases f.i. SC for different countries that need a separate for each.

  10. I would like to duplicate sales channels. In my case I created new sales channels for Google Shopping XML feeds in different languages and it would save time to just dupliucate existing sales channels rather than copying the fields one by one.

  11. It would be good to have a way to configure themes and child themes per sales channel instead of having to create individual child themes for each sales channel. This would keep the overview better and reduce the effort of configuration.

  12. Now FB channel must be linked to a storefront. This is not usable for headless projects using external CMSs. Therefore every customer using headless cannot also use a social channel (FB, Instagram etc.) in combination.

    This problem does only apply to a very niche target group and is mainly useful if a customer does want to try out new markets "quick and dirty". 

    Usually, there are other processes and concepts in place to handle those main information and merchants do not need additional small configuration help within the shopware admin to represent their company structure setting in terms of addresses. 

  14. Currently, orders are being tracked by google analytics on the confirmation page. Challenge: when you click "confirm" you need to connect to a payment provider and for example if your card has insufficient funds the order will be tracked but not actually gone through.
    Solution: Orders should only be tracked on the "finish"/success page - or even better: In the analytics tab in the sw6 admin, you should have a configuration that enables you to set the "location"/time when an order should be tracked acc. to your preference.

    Value for merchant: More realistic/reliant feedback on actual order numbers.

  15. I couldn't find anything about that:

    While the admin menu is collapsed, the sales channels cannot be distinguished. See screenshot.

    We would like to add custom icons. We mostly work with a collapsed sidebar (because 13" laptops) and it is tedious that we always need to expand it before going into a sales channel (and collapse it again).

  16. Right now, it's not possible to add a trailing slash to the domains at the sales channel settings. Therefore the hreflang is set without the trailing slash. This leads to a problem with Google, because the hreflang entries are not recognized. I already wrote to the Shopware support and a service guy confirmed the problem. This is a requirement from Google and anybody needs it.

  17. In Shopware 5, it was possible to set the option to "bind customers to the shop" for each shop.

    In Shopware 6, the config is only global. So it is not possible to set this for each sales channel separately.

  18. Hi
    we would need access in the RuleBuilder to the different domains that are configured in a sales channel.
    This is because the domain - in our case - indicates which country specific part of the shop the user is currently in and we need to calculate the shipping costs based on the country.

  20. Shop owners want to prioritize the sales channel on their own. Therefore it is necessary to sort the sales channels manually. ATM, it is not possible.
