When do you plan to release the first release? The first release must not be feature complete...

We are really exicted on this feature. At the moment we use an expensive plugin for metrics and statistics wich not give us all relevant data..

The stats for all the sales are the most important. The most important ones are the ones that Martin Melcher already mentioned:

Sales and Revenue Data (per Product, Category, Customer Group, Sales Channel, Tags
Product Data (Impressions, Sales, Revenue, COGS, …)

Analytics and Reports directly in the platform is important as it contains the 100% actual and correct data, and also because GA and other 3rd party analytics tools has severe privacy concerns, and so having this as part of the platform is crucial. When building this it is also important that there are efficient APIs for use for other systems like PowerBI to be able to utilize the information easily.

It is just most critical to have first party statistics! The Statistics of Shopware5 where a really good solution. There were just some bugs around new and returning customers and also device detection.

Very Important:

There must be a proper statistic in the shop. The plugins also offer very little depth. Is currently a real step backwards compared to Shopware 5.

Is this about statistics or is this topic about providing metrics, which can be analysed by tools like prometheus and grafana?

Maybe it could be combined with AI, to get stats and numbers via a prompt, e.g. "Show me the total turnover for the last 14 days" or "What is the conversion rate of the last 7 days", "How many orders were there from 7th to 27th January?"...

This is critical for measure the performance of a webshop. The same metrics & statistics like in Shopware 5 should be used.

As "Jens Raspe" said, the statistic under Marketing -> Evaluation -> Evaluation is really critical.

I want to add the function from SW5: Marketing > Evaluation > analysis for cancelation! I really like and use it (for coupons and to see if something goes wrong in my shop). There is a lot of money in this function and it improves our customer services.

currently it is not possible to show the turnover in the corresponding currency. The sales channel should be selectable and the statistic should use the default currency of the sales channel.

In SW5 version there was a variety of statistics under the tab Marketing -> Evaluation -> Evaluation, which you could compile individually by date. It was also possible to create an evaluation on an article basis.

Such a function is urgently needed in SW6. Currently there are only commercial plugins that provide this. Statistics is the be-all and end-all in e-commerce and should be standard.

For a shop owner, it´s hard to get statistics directly out of Shopware 6. It would be great if Shopware 6 could provide some numbers right in the admin like https://store.shopware.com/en/cbax608284973995/statistics-professional-pro.html.
