increase "Entry per page" in customer overview
Should be instead of: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100
New: 50, 100, 200
Default should be 100.
Why: to see more customers at once and on larger resolution display (higher that FullHD) it is not a problem to see 200 customers at once.

Increase value for "items per page" on customer > addresses:
- Add values "250" and "500"
- Make default value for "items per Page" configurable so it can be set to <>25 -

simply saves time when you have to create an overview of a large database.
WordPress has now also solved this very smartly by giving me different screen options depending on the page type -
Important for bigger customers
