Hello, unfortunately the total figures in the new statistics are not correct. For example, far too few orders per country are displayed under ‘Sales by country’ in a previously filtered period.

All individual analyses such as those in the Statik Professionell plugin are missing. Unfortunately, the plugin does not currently work with our SH version.

Particularly important would be:
Article analyses according to ‘configured articles’
Customer analyses according to turnover
Customer analyses by country

Es fehlen alle individuellen Auswertungen wie z.B. im Statik Professionell Plugin. Das Plugin funktioniert momentan leider nicht mit unserer SH-Version.

hello shopware team,

we have been working with SW5 for years and basically i have to say that SW6 runs nice and fast BUT from what is offered as standard it is a disappointment for the user. so many functions under SW5 have been deleted or are now to be paid for in the form of a plug-in. i don't want to start listing the points here, you know that yourselves.

on the subject of the analysis tool ... as some have already mentioned here, there is currently no analysis tool. here again I can only refer to SW5, you also offered an analysis option which was not perfect but offered a lot that you could use.
all you have to do is focus on yourselves and not reinvent anything and it would be a real analysis tool and not an alibi we-put-what-in-tool so that we don't delete something else for the user without replacement.

if SW6 were new and had come onto the market 2-6 months ago, some things would still be understandable, but that's not the case.

schön, dass ihr Analyse-Funktionen einbaut.
Wir sind noch neu in dem Shopware-Universum, waren aber schon ziemlich überrascht, dass es keine detaillierten Analyse-Funktionen gibt.
Umso mehr freuen wir uns jetzt.

Wir würden uns über folgende Features freuen.

- Topseller-Produkte
- Verhältnis Gastbestellungen vs. registrierte Kundenbestellungen
- Top-Kunden
- Verhältnis Versandart
- Top-Versandländer
- wahrscheinliche Umsatz-Prognose des Tages
(aufgrund länger Daten kann man auswerten, wie hoch üblicherweise der Tag ist und wieviel an dem Tag aktuell schon bestellt wurde)
- Auswertung von Anzahl an Bestellungen mit Gutscheinen/Rabatten vs. normale Bestellungen
- Filterung nach Uhrzeiten (Start- und End-Zeitpunkt)
- Auswertung von einzelnen Produkten (Geht zwar über Bestellungen, aber eine Darstellung nach Tagen/Wochen wäre hilfreich)

It's great that you are including analysis functions.
We are still new to the Shopware universe, but were quite surprised that there are no detailed analysis functions.
We are all the more pleased now.

We would be happy about the following features.

- Top seller products
- Ratio of guest orders vs. registered customer orders
- Top customers
- Ratio shipping method
- Top shipping countries
- Probable sales forecast for the day
(based on longer data, you can evaluate how high the day usually is and how much has already been ordered on the day)
- Evaluation of the number of orders with vouchers/discounts vs. normal orders
- Filtering by time (start and end time)
- Evaluation of individual products (works via orders, but a display by days/weeks would be helpful)

Super Plugin. Vielen Dank dafür! Was mir persönlich noch fehlt ist die Anzeige von Referrer (Herkunft von Kunden). Im SW5 ist es Standard. SW6 hat das leider gar nicht mehr...

Bitte ermöglichen Sie noch die Gruppierung des Umsatzes nach Monaten. Aktuell werden unter "Gesamtumsatz" nur die Tagesumsätze angezeigt. Vielen Dank.

It is best to orientate yourself on the statistics | evaluations in SW5. We have your shop system and want to analyse it. Shopware Analytics can only be the long overdue start. It must also work with individual date input.

Am Besten an den Statistiken | Auswertungen in SW5 orientieren. Wir haben eure Shopsystem und wollen das auch Auswerten. Shopware Analytics kann nur der längst überfällige Anfang sein. Es muss auch mit individueller Datumseingabe funktionieren.
