we need an export of the raw data of all orders, including:

- order nr
- order date
- ordered articles
- discounts
- invoice address
- delivery address
- total turnover net

Another requirement which makes sense from a Beyond customer of ours: It would be nice if we were able to add a URL to product exports. This is often a requirement because they give those exports to people in marketing and such who would then have a QoL improvement by being able to open the product straight from the export.

Currently, there's no mapping for it because such a thing would require a sales channel context, which is not available. Thus, it would be required to be able to set a sales channel for "perspective" before exporting.

Exporting orders should allow for including the products ordered (and their quantities, prices, tax rates, ...) as well. Currently, all you can do is have all lineitems squeezed into a single field and that merely shows their UUID. Many shop owners use the export differently though - they want to analyse based on the data from an export. When all you have is UUIDs that's difficult to do.

• When editing an import/export profile, the position buttons are currently buggy. The down buttons rarely moves the item down in the list. Instead, it switches the position of the two items above. The up button also is not always working correctly. Sorting items in a list is extremely difficult right now. Please fix this.
• Also, it would be great to have additional buttons to move items all the way to the top or bottom of the list. That would make sorting a lot easier.
• It would be great to have a simple way to export everything at once: All fields, all custom fields and all translated fields.

We need the values and not the id for variants in the export

The import is performing incredibly slowly! An article with around 10 media items that need to be fetched from an external media server takes an average of 10 minutes!
The import time for 150 articles is 10 hours. Sometimes I need to import 1,000 articles. On top of that, after the import, I have to export the data again just to retrieve the IDs, in order to import additional information like extended prices, cross-selling, etc. This process was dramatically better and faster in SW5.

Why isn’t this possible in SW6????

Time and again, customers reach the limits of the export because it cannot be configured across different database tables. This quickly leads to the need to use an extension or the export is not possible.

Example:
Display of all products, including their sales with tax and any other details.

This was much better and more comprehensive under Shopware 5.

Due to monthly exports to the tax office or the tax consultant, such cross-table information would be important and is requested again and again.

Show sales after cancellation...

- The order data exported in the following way ‘Import / Export under Settings > Shop > Import / Export’, also show the turnover of the original shopping cart if the customer has cancelled (a product for example) in the meantime.

- I need an export list of the orders that also show the turnover that the customer has made after cancelling.

- And I need an export list of the orders, in which the comments are shown, which are entered in the backend when processing a cancellation.

Own profile or extend capabilities of product profile to import/export product reviews

Filter (inspiration from Shopware 5):

Export orders: order number from-to, date from-to, order status, payment status
Export customers: Creation date, last ordered from-to, sales from-to, country (when exporting customers in Shopware 5 there were customer streams)

Especially for exports involving large shops (number of orders and customers), the export can take a very long time, although the export could be quick and accurate through previous filtering.

Customer feedback:

Additional benefit:
The export can take a very long time, especially for exports with large stores (number of orders and customers), although the export could be fast and accurate thanks to prior filtering.

There should be filter options like in Shopware 5 to export only some entities like date range for orders, promotion related codes, etc.

Cross selling export/import right now for a product is limited to a list of id's. some of our customers complain about it and wish to have it with product_number and or product_name, at least for the export with name
