  1. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.

  3. As a shop owner, I want to be informed about anomalies in my shop. Example: At a normal day, the shop makes 100 offers per day. But in case of a price error the shop makes 1000 order per hour. For this it would be great so set "alerts" based on rule. Condition: "amount orders per second/minute/hour/day greater than 1000" > mailt to shop owner.

  4. Cloudflare open sources Turnstile, a cloudflare independent, user-friendly and data saving (GDPR compliant) CAPTCHA solution. This is an ideal basis for a Shopware App or plugin:

  6. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  10. Dynamic Pricing is an interesting aspect of AI to consider.

    As this is not valid nor affordable for all online merchants, it could be a good idea for 3rd party extension.

  11. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  13. Currently it's not possible to set a ranking for the different product data fields. You can only prioritize if a field is relevant for the search or not - hence a title is as important as a description. This leads to false or bad search results.

  15. Current problem: you cannot create a promotion directly within the flow builder but have to configure many steps via tags to fulfill that purpose. That´s quite complicated and limits the customer loyalty options the flow builder could give to merchants.
    Current workaround: set a tag as action in flow builder, reuse this tag on promotion level and in a separate step configure sending out an e-mail to customers with this promocode

  17. Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.

    Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

  20. It's not possible to remove set product links e.g by using import / export or bulk editing. You have to click on the lock symbol manually. Something like this is missing:

    Update product_translation SET product_translation.description = null WHERE product_id IN
    (SELECT product.id FROM product WHERE product.parent_id is not null);
