  2. It might be useful for merchants, especially if they work a lot in one module, that the preset folder that opens in the media modal when choosing a media wouldn't be the fixed folder (in CMS = CMS media, in Product = Product media etc.), but the last one which was openend before.
    Merchants set up lots of folders by themselves, and starting alway again at the fixed folder leads to dozens of clicks each time a media should be added.

  4. Currently it is only possible to use shopware standard fields via data mapping in CMS elements. It would be great if we could also use custom fields here.

  9. We come from WordPress/WooCommerce and use ACF Pro there. We heavily use the repeater feature to easily add new content to things that ... well ... repeat.

    We have several use cases:

    Customer logos, FAQs, USPs, trust badges, a list of links, accordion items, etc.

    These are all things that use the same set of fields repeated over and over. It is annoying to add new fields.

    For example, we need more customer logos. I have seven image fields named image1, image2, etc. Now I need to add up to 30 for new customer logos.

  10. Presently, it is not possible to use language specific images, the very same image is shown in every language. However, it totally makes sense to have language specific images as Online merchants may use it in combination with text to tease the prospect purchaser or even use e.g. banner images for "call to action".

  11. Currently, when previewing a draft, it will always preview the whole thing with the theme you've selected in your "standard" shopping channel. So when previewing a draft you designed for an entirely different channel with a different theme, the draft is not terribly helpful.

  12. As a merchant, I like to structure my shop's content with taps, whether on a product detail page or on a simple landing page. A tab block could easily be filled with individual elements like sliders, texts or videos.

  14. The mobil-first approach may be technically lived, but it does not exist in the application. There are no options for mobile content settings or adjustments. Not even a preview exists. Here you can only be reactive on the road. Even the headless approach only affects the display, but not the usability as an admin.

  15. Insert dynamic URLs. This is standard in a CMS. Dynamic URLs have the advantage that the links on a website are automatically adjusted with every update and do not have to be changed manually. Thus, the links should automatically adapt as soon as, for example, a landing page is moved or renamed.

  19. Currently data submitted by forms is only transferred via mail to the merchant. Therefor it can't be used for any further processing.
    Therefor it should be possible (optional?) to (also) send all form data to the database so the merchant can re-use it for ...

  20. It should be possibe to have a WYSIWYG editor, so the confirmation text should allow html.
    Currentlich saving confirmation text as html is not possible.
