  2. It should be possible to add product listings to landingpages (landingpages as the category type, not the layout). Solution could be the possibilty to select also layouts of type "Listing" in the Landingpages. Currently one can only select layouts of type "Landingpage".

  3. Currently data submitted by forms is only transferred via mail to the merchant. Therefor it can't be used for any further processing.
    Therefor it should be possible (optional?) to (also) send all form data to the database so the merchant can re-use it for ...

  4. Currently, it is not possible to enable or disable the image editor for users of a role.

    Only the designated administrators have access to the image editor on Content > Image Editor.

  5. As a shop owner,
    I want to configure the background colors of the footer and category overview within the default theme settings,
    so that I can easily create a consistent design for dark or light themed shops without custom CSS overrides.

    When using the Shopware Default Theme, the background color of the footer and the category overview cannot be adjusted through the theme configuration.

    This limitation causes issues for shop owners who want to build a dark-themed store, since the default bright background colors do not match and result in a visually inconsistent and unprofessional appearance.

It is currently not possible to integrate a background video - comparable to the display on https://scd.shopware.com/ - natively into a CMS page with the standard experience world elements in Shopware 6. Although video and HTML elements exist, these do not allow a combination of background video and overlaying content (e.g. text, buttons, HTML block).

  8. Currently, a custom form provided by the CMS extension can only be used to have a customer send a request to a predefined e-mail address. The ability to also use a custom form for newsletter registration would allow the shop owner to customize the layout or add some basic things, i.e. their own mandatory terms & conditions checkboxes.

  9. Allow dynamic mail recipients based on selection witihin a custom form.

    Example: A custom contact form contains a dedicated field for "subject:".
    Based on whatever a customer is selecting here (e.g. complaint, technical issues etc...) the mail recipient may change.

    The mail recipient should be determined dynamically. There must therefore be a type of mapping or rule builder within the form configurations in which the mail recipients can be assigned to specific selection values.

  10. Problem:
    Users cannot currently create and manage a comprehensive draft state for changes across their storefronts. This makes it difficult to plan, test, or iterate on updates without affecting the live environment. As a result, merchants may delay changes, work in risky live environments, or rely on inefficient workarounds — increasing the likelihood of errors and reducing agility in campaign or content management.

    Solution:
    Create and manage a draft state for all kinds of changes in Shopware before publishing them live. This allows you to bundle multiple updates, such as content, design, and promotions, into a draft, enabling safe workflows…

  12. Many fields shouldn't be inherited from the main language, e.g. meta title, meta description or image titles and alt texts. If no translation is entered for these, it would be better if meta description, image titles and alt text would fall back to the product name. And meta description doesn't need a fall back at all.

    Inheriting these fields from the main language only leads to problems. In our case, the main language is german. If we sell a product on our english sales channel as well, there's no way we will ever need german meta data for that channel.

  13. When using a very extensive custom form, the customer experienced a delay after clicking on Send. He was able to click on the button several times, as a result of which the form data was also sent several times by email. The customer's suggestion is to deactivate the respective buttons after submitting and then reactivate them when a result is achieved.

    This would be a useful addition, as it would prevent any errors in the event of delays in the response.

    Currentlich saving confirmation text as html is not possible.

  15. Like the credit note, the cancellation invoice should have a negative total amount.

    At the moment, everything except the total amount is negative (Cancellation invoice). This can lead to problems when exporting or connecting to a CRM.

  16. If you are in the media module and set e.g. the presentation to 'small preview', the changes apply only for the time being. If one opens the folder and go back again, the config jumps back to the default.

    Further, it would be great, if more images/ folders appear as you choose "very small" as your display setting. The "load more" button should be only displayed when the viewport is full.

  17. When editing texts or other elements in the WYSIWYG editor for shopping experiences, it would be good to enable color palettes so that the user can resort to saved color palettes or even get new inspiration via color palette services such as https://www.colourlovers.com.

    This would enable the users to add color or color schemes more quickly and more standardised.

  18. For the legally compliant use of images in shopping experiences, it should be possible to maintain a copyright on the image textually, which is then displayed in the frontend in a small, still legible text at the image.
