  1. For example, if you use kilograms as the scale unit and want to enter 21.6 grams, the value is rounded to 0.022, as you can only enter 3 decimal places.

  2. It is currently the case that Dynamic Access cannot be assigned via the multiple change.
This would be an important feature, as if you want to set the visibility of several products via Dynamic Access, you currently have to navigate to each product individually in order to store the rule there.

  3. When productvariants have different prices, the 'from' field is shown on the listing page, only if the price of the main product < price of the cheapest variant. This policy causes a problem:

    Suppose two products with variants:

    1. All variants have same price

    2. Prices of variants differ

Assume the products are imported (product feed) from external sources (as we do).

When the price of the main product is set to 0, 'from' is shown in the listing page (before the price; e.g. From € 10,00) for all products with variants. That's not correct: it should only be shown in case…

  4. Cross sellings are a fairly commonly used feature in many online shops.

Our implementation still seems somewhat basic. It would be great to have the option to treat cross sellings as separate entities (instead of being an "attachment" to every product individually) so we can assign ONE defined cross selling - in bulk - to many products.

Currently, there is no way to realistically do this. Instead, you have to create a cross selling for every single product you want to use it for separately.

The export function for cross sellings suffers from this "individual" logic as well or this…

  5. It should be possible to configure the units of measurement (height, width, length) so that it is not necessary to work with milimeter when calculating.

It should also be possible to choose between cm and meters.

  6. The products use the category that was added first as the breadcrumb. There is no option to specify which category should be used for the breadcrumb.

A possibility to define this in the administration would be great.

  7. Unfortunately, it is not possible to filter products in the bakend that have a stock level of 0 or less than 0.

It would make work much easier if these options were implemented.

  8. We can already choose how we want to show the listings in the storefront: either show the master product or show all variants individually. We now ran into the following problem:

Example: We sell clothes. One product is a shirt in red, blue and green and in the sizes S, M, L. We display only the master products on the listing page. For the master product, we chose a master image. All variants have different images that show the shirt in the correct color.
A customer now selects size M in the filter "size". Shopware now shows one variant in…

  9. It would be nice to be able to define the tonality and / or politeness form (Du / Sie) when generating product descriptions using the AI Assistant. Currently in german it will always use the "Sie"-form.
Similar to the way it works for the AI checkout messages.

  10. It would be a useful addition if you could automatically adjust the product name of the variants with a variant specification for variant products.
For example, for a T-shirt with different names, automatically add the colour property after the product name.
This would be particularly helpful for customers who have many variant products with many variants in their store. A manual change is associated with a lot of effort, as there is no option for this via the multiple change.

  11. Currently, when you setup a digital product and give it, for example, a PDF file, that file is set in stone. That means that even if I delete the file in the Admin and upload a different file, all the previously sent mails and links in your customer account still refer to the old file.

This is not ideal in some usecases like say, manuals or other things that might need a revision or update somewhere along the line.

It would be great if there was a possibility (other than replacing the file on the server by hand) to replace/update…

  12. We define price validities as our prices change on certain dates. So a price of 15,90 EUR might be valid from 1.1.2023 to 14.11.2023 and 16,90 EUR from 15.11.2023. This means that the price of 15,90 should be shown in the frontend today (on November 14th) and the price of 16,90 tomorrow. The price feed comes from an external system where price validities for price types are defined.

  13. In Custom Products there is an option for the customer to share his configuration.

But for the store owner there is no option to disable this function.

Many merchants do not want to have this function in the store, but they cannot disable it.

  14. As a store owner, I want to be able to show different prices to customers who are on a mobile phone than to customers on a desktop. For this, I need the possibility to have the user agent as an option in the rule builder.

  15. Somewhat similar to custom products: There's no option tho to change "normal" variant, for example if a "blue" variant should always cost 5€ more than the main product. When Changing the price of the main product, the variant price should be changed automatically aswell.

  16. There should be a possibility to let the prices of variants change automatically when changing the price of the main product to reduce manual labor.
Suggestion: Allow an absolute or percentual surcharge per variant, e.g. 5€. When changing the price of the main product the variant changes aswell (X + 5€).

    • Selection of different stores for pickup
    • Availability depending on the store
    • Indication of the period (Preferably in a calendar, in which the available days for the respective product are are easily visible)
    • Deposit of a security ("Kaution")
    • Mandatory insurance sum
    • Prices must be customizable
    • For longer rental periods, the price per day is reduced
    • Contact form
    • The design should be customizable

  18. Dynamic Pricing is an interesting aspect of AI to consider.

As this is not valid nor affordable for all online merchants, it could be a good idea for 3rd party extension.

  19. Our suggestion In order to comply with both the PAngV and a clean UX, a small piece of logic would be useful:

If regulationPrice == price.unitPrice → no output. (This happens very often in practice.)

This would both comply with the legal situation and meet actual customer expectations.

    1. Legal situation (PAngV § 11) According to § 11 of the Price Indication Regulation (PAngV), the ‘lowest total price of the last 30 days’ only becomes mandatory if the retailer advertises a price reduction. Source (legal text): https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/pangv_2022/BJNR492110021.html#BJNR492110021BJNG000201377

It clearly states: ‘If goods are offered to consumers with reference to a price…
