  2. There is only a manual without any algorithm control. The maintenance of each article or page individually is very time-consuming and can not even be analyzed.

  5. At the moment it is not possible to make simple adjustments to the Dynamic Access rules via the bulk changes for products. Please add this function, as we often have to adjust many products at once.

  6. Currently, Shopware allows properties to be deleted even if they are still assigned to products, which can cause data inconsistencies. To prevent accidental deletions, a warning message should appear when a user attempts to delete a property that is still in use. The message could state: "This property is assigned to X products. Deleting it may affect product configurations. Do you want to proceed?" This would ensure users are aware of dependencies before making changes, improving data integrity and user experience.

  7. In the frontend, when hovering over a product image, it is zoomed in on and a frame is displayed in the image as a ‘preview’ or orientation for the zoom.

However, this preview does not exactly match the zoomed result.
It would be nice if the preview also showed exactly what the zoom then displays.

  8. Many Shopware users are lacking the function "product sets", which allows the buyers to pick a selection of products from a list of products on product detail pages. This function is available via extensions, but this is considered a standard functionality, that a Shopsystem should provide out of the box.

    Simular extension:

  9. If you filtered some variants by a property i.e. color, the bulk edit has no setting to select another Coverimage for products with selected properties. This would be helpful to avoid unnecessary work.

  10. In different modules (e.g. products, worlds of experience) you can maintain the translation via the change (pull-down menu).

Many languages are displayed that are not used at all. For a better overview, it would make more sense, for example, to only display languages that are active or have been assigned to the sales channel.

Otherwise it quickly becomes confusing and leads to longer processing times.

  11. For example, if you use kilograms as the scale unit and want to enter 21.6 grams, the value is rounded to 0.022, as you can only enter 3 decimal places.

  12. It is currently the case that Dynamic Access cannot be assigned via the multiple change.
This would be an important feature, as if you want to set the visibility of several products via Dynamic Access, you currently have to navigate to each product individually in order to store the rule there.

  13. When productvariants have different prices, the 'from' field is shown on the listing page, only if the price of the main product < price of the cheapest variant. This policy causes a problem:

    Suppose two products with variants:

    1. All variants have same price

    2. Prices of variants differ

Assume the products are imported (product feed) from external sources (as we do).

When the price of the main product is set to 0, 'from' is shown in the listing page (before the price; e.g. From € 10,00) for all products with variants. That's not correct: it should only be shown in case…

  15. Cross sellings are a fairly commonly used feature in many online shops.

Our implementation still seems somewhat basic. It would be great to have the option to treat cross sellings as separate entities (instead of being an "attachment" to every product individually) so we can assign ONE defined cross selling - in bulk - to many products.

Currently, there is no way to realistically do this. Instead, you have to create a cross selling for every single product you want to use it for separately.

The export function for cross sellings suffers from this "individual" logic as well or this…

  16. It should be possible to configure the units of measurement (height, width, length) so that it is not necessary to work with milimeter when calculating.

It should also be possible to choose between cm and meters.

  17. Unfortunately, it is not possible to filter products in the bakend that have a stock level of 0 or less than 0.

It would make work much easier if these options were implemented.

  18. We can already choose how we want to show the listings in the storefront: either show the master product or show all variants individually. We now ran into the following problem:

Example: We sell clothes. One product is a shirt in red, blue and green and in the sizes S, M, L. We display only the master products on the listing page. For the master product, we chose a master image. All variants have different images that show the shirt in the correct color.
A customer now selects size M in the filter "size". Shopware now shows one variant in…

  19. It would be nice to be able to define the tonality and / or politeness form (Du / Sie) when generating product descriptions using the AI Assistant. Currently in german it will always use the "Sie"-form.
Similar to the way it works for the AI checkout messages.

  20. It would be a useful addition if you could automatically adjust the product name of the variants with a variant specification for variant products.
For example, for a T-shirt with different names, automatically add the colour property after the product name.
This would be particularly helpful for customers who have many variant products with many variants in their store. A manual change is associated with a lot of effort, as there is no option for this via the multiple change.
