  1. It would be helpful if the manufacturer was available in the essential characteristics, or more precisely in the product information.

    This would allow it to be displayed with the other characteristics in the shopping cart without having to create an additional field that displays the manufacturer in the shopping cart.

    The manufacturer is one of the important features of a product and is therefore also part of this information.

  2. It is currently only possible to filter by sales channel assignment in the product overview. It is not possible to filter for products that are not assigned to a sales channel.

  3. Within the cross-selling configuration or the ‘Shopping Experiences’, it should be possible to select different positions for the different cross-sellings.

    This would allow the product detail page to be quickly customised even without individual programming.

  4. It would be great, if all suggested properties would be translated for all available languages. This saves the manual effort of having to add the translations for those properties manually.

    This is especially important for international shops selling in multiple countries with different languages.

  6. GPSR EU Rule 2023-988 - valid from December 13th, 2024
    In order to display this correctly in the shop, the manufacturer needs the following additional fields, which are also displayed in the Manufacturer tab:
    Address
    Email address
    When importing from third countries - responsible person in the EU (for this manufacturer)
    Name, address, email address

    Furthermore, warnings are required for many products.
    In order to display these correctly, an additional field for these warnings would be very helpful.

    You can of course put it all together yourself. But since it is an EU standard, we think it would make sense…

  7. It would be great if information on the height, width, length and weight of the product could also be created automatically under "Properties".

  8. It should be possible to add both a dynamic product group and individual products when crosselling. You could then use a product group for several products, but also add individual products for each product.

  9. We receive a lot of product reviews in our shop. At this point we need to set them to 'Visible' one by one. It is very time consuming and unneeded.

    We should be able to approve reviews in bulk by selecting them from the grid and choose for 'Make Visible' now you can only choose for 'Delete' when selecting reviews from the grid.

  11. Currently, it is not yet possible to search the product templates of the Custom Product extension. If you have a lot of templates here, it is very tedious to find the desired one in the overview. Here, it would be good if this is included, for example, via the admin search.

  16. In Shopware 5 the free text fields could be directly used as catgory filter and the filters have been configurable (Anzeige Modus). That means the customer could define how a selection of value shall be in the frontend (Slider, Checkbox, Simple, Multiselection).

    The second thing: Using custom fields cannot be done directly. You have to add a property, then it can be used with the limits of the usual behaviour of catalogue > properties.

    It would be great if this will be easier to use custom field in future a filter criteria.

  17. For some products the restock time is the time to produce or import new products. In some industries this is not a question of days but weeks.

    Currently the customer has to use 90 days instead of three months or 12 weeks.

    In regular delivery times there is a unit to specify the numbers. Perhaps it is possible to add the same for restock time?

  18. Customer-related product restriction such as min/max/staggered quantity per order. The values on the product are currently Global.

    In the B2B case in particular, you want to be able to set the minimum or maximum quantity of this product that the customer can order per customer. As this rule can differ per customer or customer group, it cannot currently be implemented as the rule applies globally for the product.

  19. Currently, Shopware allows properties to be deleted even if they are still assigned to products, which can cause data inconsistencies. To prevent accidental deletions, a warning message should appear when a user attempts to delete a property that is still in use. The message could state: "This property is assigned to X products. Deleting it may affect product configurations. Do you want to proceed?" This would ensure users are aware of dependencies before making changes, improving data integrity and user experience.

  20. In the frontend, when hovering over a product image, it is zoomed in on and a frame is displayed in the image as a ‘preview’ or orientation for the zoom.

    However, this preview does not exactly match the zoomed result.
    It would be nice if the preview also showed exactly what the zoom then displays.
