  1. Even without an additional extension or programming knowledge, it should be possible to have a "Questions about the article" form in the standard system, which automatically omits article details such as the article name and forwards them to the store operator by e-mail.

    At present, this is only possible via custom programming or an extension.

  2. If a variant is not available through Dynamic Access, it will still be displayed on the product details page. If you then select it, another variant will be selected.

    There should be an option to hide unavailable variants completely so that they are no longer displayed.

  3. Currently, inactive products are not exported in a product comparison. Also products with a stock level of 0 with activated clearance sales.

    It should also be possible to export inactive products via the product comparison.

  4. Currently, if you use a Dynamic Product Group in Cross Selling, you can sort the items by name, price and release date. If you use the same product group for multiple products in the same category, you will end up with the same products in the cross selling slider. It would be better to use a random sorting order so that customers will see different products while browsing.

  5. When browsing in shops with a very similar assortment, it is often hard to see what is already in the basket, and the customer ends often up on a product that is already in the cart. It would be great to have a system config for that to enable or disable a badge function on the listing and product detail page.

    I had this experience recently when buying a pair of jeans pants, which at first glance looked all the same in the listing. It should be performant if just the UUIDs are compared/matched (like Rules).

  6. Enable the option to define a base price for verticals like food products that can be displayed on the storefront.

    Currently, it's not possible to differ the scale unit for the actual content and the base price.

    Example:
    A food product that comes in a package of 50 gramm, but base price is set per 1 kilogramm.
    When i define the scale unit as "kilogramm", it always shows also my selling unit (package of 50gramm) as "0.05 kilogramm", not "50 gramm"

  7. It is currently only possible to filter by sales channel assignment in the product overview. It is not possible to filter for products that are not assigned to a sales channel.

  8. Just like other fields in the products (title, description, etc.) the custom fields should inherit the values from a parent language unless overwritten. Currently, they just remain empty.

  9. Within the cross-selling configuration or the ‘Shopping Experiences’, it should be possible to select different positions for the different cross-sellings.

    This would allow the product detail page to be quickly customised even without individual programming.

  10. Shopware uses wrong values for the sizes attribute of thumbnails. Therefore bigger images are downloaded than shown. This increases the loading times.

    It is not useful to download a thumbnail of 400 x 400 pixels if you show an image with 200 x 200 pixels.

    If this is fixed you no longer need https://store.shopware.com/en/frosh56163799233f/lazysizes-and-lazyloading-for-suitable-image-sizes.html.

    Shopware shows images of 430 x 430 pixels on product detail pages by default. Therefore thumbnails with 430 x 430 pixels should be created. On product detail pages the 400 x 400 pixels big thumbnails are not used for the normal product images and way…

  11. GPSR EU Rule 2023-988 - valid from December 13th, 2024
    In order to display this correctly in the shop, the manufacturer needs the following additional fields, which are also displayed in the Manufacturer tab:
    Address
    Email address
    When importing from third countries - responsible person in the EU (for this manufacturer)
    Name, address, email address

    Furthermore, warnings are required for many products.
    In order to display these correctly, an additional field for these warnings would be very helpful.

    You can of course put it all together yourself. But since it is an EU standard, we think it would make sense…

  13. It should be possible to add both a dynamic product group and individual products when crosselling. You could then use a product group for several products, but also add individual products for each product.

  15. We receive a lot of product reviews in our shop. At this point we need to set them to 'Visible' one by one. It is very time consuming and unneeded.

    We should be able to approve reviews in bulk by selecting them from the grid and choose for 'Make Visible' now you can only choose for 'Delete' when selecting reviews from the grid.

  20. At the moment it is not possible to make simple adjustments to the Dynamic Access rules via the bulk changes for products. Please add this function, as we often have to adjust many products at once.
