B2B Suite: Release order per Link
As the person responsible for orders that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the order via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the order of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

Mark debtors and employees better
At the moment it is not possible to recognize debtors and employees of the debtor in the administration. It would be good if this can be better recognized in the administration. If necessary, it would be useful to be able to manage customers of the customer directly in the administration (add, edit, delete, etc.).

Product visibility per debtor
Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups. There is no bulk edit function so you have to do it individually for every product & customerpossible approach: should be done in combination with dynamic accesspossible scenarios:Show most of all products to all customers, plus a handful of products which are only visible to one specific customer, e.g., custom-made products. Each customer has his own hand-picked…

B2B Suite address management
Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.15 votes -
Additional restriction possibilities in B2B Suite
Some restriction possibilities within role assignment are missing, such as regions, supervisors (who then see´s performance of his sales agents).
Current workaround: You can add restrictions based on delivery and invoice addresses. Also you can determine, which contacts and roles a user see´s.
Hypothesis: Additional restrictions would help companies displaying there business hierarchies and needs and therefore automate there work further.

SSO login for debtors
Currently it is not possible for debtors to use their usual company credentials to log in into the B2B Suite. If they could, this would increase the adaption rate and ease up the process working with the Suite.

Currently it is a lot of effort to deactivate parts of the B2B Suite that a customer does not need. It should be easy choosable, which functionalities are needed and only use them without a lot of coding effort

B2B Suite UX improvements
The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

Make usage of existing shopware functionalities in B2B Suite
Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

Managable Baskets per Project
Currently it is not possible to order for multiple projects - you only have one basket at a time. In B2B companies employees might have different projects they work and have to order stuff for. Also, budgets and contingents can only be assigned on role level but not project specifically.
Current workaround: Customizing and/or doing manual paperwork to document project specific purchases1 vote
