Add a Feature that a payment cannot be finished after a Time X
Currently it is not possible to prevent a customer from completing the payment after a period X (see screenshot). This should be customizable

maintain products in shopping-cart as long as a payment was not completed. (or succes page was not reached).
Currently when a user cannot complete a payment, he returns to the checkout page with the only option to choose a different payment method.
However: if the user thenleaves the checkout the cart is cleared (= is made empty).
I do not believe that a failed payment automatically cancels the intention of the user to buy what-ever they have put in te cart.
This way you loose potential purchases, when some users are only looking to make some adjustments before continuing to eventually complete the purchase (payment).

Add products with graduated prices directly to the shopping cart at listing level
For products with graduated prices, these cannot be added directly to the shopping cart at listing level. As soon as graduated prices are defined, “Details” appears at listing level instead of “Add to shopping cart”.

Shopping cart display “Delivery time” on oldest date
Partial deliveries within orders are often excluded, which is why only the oldest delivery period within the items is important. There should therefore be an option to display only the oldest delivery period in the shopping cart.
Otherwise, the only alternative would be to completely deactivate the delivery period display.

it would be very useful if shipping cost in the basket could be added if products of different manufacturers create different costs.
Example:

Country switch in shopping cart
I noticed that, when I enter the shopping cart and select a different country, the standard shipping remains preselected, although it should switch to that for the respective countries. When entering the address at the checkout, however, only the correct shipping method can be selected again, which means that customers might be initially confused. Maybe a fix for that would be nice

Add express buttons for google/apple pay
Please add express buttons for google/apple pay. Customers are used to these and the payment options doesnt really make sense otherwise. Apple pay should also be disabled/hidden on non iOS devices.

Subscriptions: Mixed carts
Mixed carts allow customers to make both subscriptions and one-time purchases in a single checkout process. Previously, subscriptions could only be completed separately. By combining these options, it enhances upselling opportunities and improves the shopping experience for users by simplifying and adding flexibility to the purchasing process.

Tax-free for states/regions
It should be possible to use the option "tax-free" for countries also for states/regions.
The Canary Islands in Spain are tax-free. There is no possibility to sell products to the Canary Islands tax-free.
It´s not an option to set the tax to 0% for this region because the product will then bei sold for the gross price just with 0% tax.1 vote -

If a customer requests a new password the password recovery page is very standard and simple. It would be great, if would be possible to design the page with a more user-friendly look.

Position related discounts in cart / order details
Enable position related discounts in cart and order details. Currently all discounts that have been granted for one cart are beeing summed up and they show as one dedicated position.

Delivery time display: Option to exclude specific days
It would be a nice option to have the possibility to exclude Sundays for example from the delivery time calculation. Of course, we can already cover this with the delivery time SPAN and NAME of the delivery method, saying 1-3 WORKdays or something.
But it would be a nice QoL feature, especially for customers, if the calculation took days we defined into the equation and could thus be more specific.
If we wanted to take this a step further, we could also offer a calendar where we can configure holidays and whatnot.

It would be nice to have an option to deactivate the checkbox for "I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions" and only display a note, as is also possible with the Data Protection Information during registration.

E 164 standard for telephone numbers
The normalization of telephone numbers according to the E 164 standard should be implemented. Shopware currently allows any values and text in the checkout and customer account when entering telephone numbers. However, this results in problems, as telephone numbers are used for many purposes in ecommerce. For example, DHL Express ODD, Custom Audiences in Google/Meta, international callbacks in customer service, integration of marketing automation for SMS/WhatsApp, etc. The quality of telephone numbers should therefore be standardized and of high quality to make Shopware 6 merchants competitive in a growing international market.

Exclude discounts from the total amount of products at checkout
We see 3 products on the checkout but we only have 1. The other 2 are discounts.

Discounts should be listed in the summary, not on the individual products.
Several customers have contacted us because they thought the discount was not applied during checkout. In reality, discounts and vouchers are only displayed as products, not in the summary of costs. This is completely confusing and, in my opinion, illogical. Discounts and vouchers should be displayed in the same section as shipping costs.

Maximum quantity displayed before adding to cart
It would be nice if the customer would receive a message when an item is on sale that there is a maximum of 50 in stock, for example. The current situation is that a customer with a stock of 50, for example, can first add 25 and then 28 to the shopping cart and is only shown in the shopping cart that only 50 are available. It would be more customer-friendly if the customer received a message as soon as the stock is exceeded.

Custom Product display options only if options are selected
If we offer custom products in the shop which are then placed in the shopping basket without an option, the field with the options is displayed in the shopping basket and is empty. For UX improvements field should be shown only if options are selected.
At the moment it is a bit confusing for customers if additional options are displayed but none have been defined.1 vote -
Payment methods Logo definable per language
Currently, only one logo can be used per payment method for all languages. However, it should be possible to define one logo per language for each payment method so that you have different adverts in the different languages.
