Shopware Analytics - 2ⁿᵈ Iteration
Following the launch of the first iteration of Shopware Analytics, we are continuing to develop the next iterations, which will further enhance functionalities. Additionally, we will steadily introduce a series of new dashboards featuring more metric visualizations. These updates will be rolled out independently of Shopware minor releases, leveraging the flexibility of our App-based service.
We invite you to explore the new features of Shopware Analytics and share your feedback. Your insights and feedback will be considered during development to ensure continuous improvement.

Added a new KPI “Promotion codes”
Added a new KPI “Sales by manufacturer”

Shopware Admin dashboard different currencies
In the shopware admin under "Today's statistics" the revenue/orderd are showed.
We have different saleschannels for different countries but the admin seems to just add up the numbers rather than converting them to Euro's.4 votes -

Include dashboard in the user rights
It would be good if you could select the dashboard as an individual right in the user rights in the admin. There are users who are allowed to see orders but should not have access to the dashboard.

Order statistics in the customer account
We have received feedback from our customers that comprehensive order statistics would be helpful. When logged into the customer account, the following key figures for the customer account should be visible:
Total value of orders
Number of orders
Number of order items
Average order value per order
Average number of order items per order
Items sorted by order total (SKU, item name, order total)3 votes -

It would be nice if customers themselves had the option of deactivating or moving messages on the dashboard.

AI Copilot - ChatGPT Code Interpreter Integration
Integrate ChatGPT specifically for the use of code interpreter to be able to create shop data analysis and data visualisation for different shop entities e.g. for order statistics, (anonymised) customer behaviour, product data, recommendation performances, search statistics, etc.
