Export of promo codes by minimum Sales Channel on in best way per each definded promotion. At the moment we have to export all existing promo codes everytime we've created new ones. Today we talk about ~750K codes in our case and we're on Showpare only since Dec 2024...
Next to the list of the induvidual codes in the promotion area there could may be an export button?

Another requirement which makes sense from a Beyond customer of ours: It would be nice if we were able to add a URL to product exports. This is often a requirement because they give those exports to people in marketing and such who would then have a QoL improvement by being able to open the product straight from the export.

Currently, there's no mapping for it because such a thing would require a sales channel context, which is not available. Thus, it would be required to be able to set a sales channel for "perspective" before exporting.

Exporting orders should allow for including the products ordered (and their quantities, prices, tax rates, ...) as well. Currently, all you can do is have all lineitems squeezed into a single field and that merely shows their UUID. Many shop owners use the export differently though - they want to analyse based on the data from an export. When all you have is UUIDs that's difficult to do.

My recommendation would be that it would be possible to export the codes within the respective action.

• When editing an import/export profile, the position buttons are currently buggy. The down buttons rarely moves the item down in the list. Instead, it switches the position of the two items above. The up button also is not always working correctly. Sorting items in a list is extremely difficult right now. Please fix this.
• Also, it would be great to have additional buttons to move items all the way to the top or bottom of the list. That would make sorting a lot easier.
• It would be great to have a simple way to export everything at once: All fields, all custom fields and all translated fields.

We are facing a situation where we have various individual discount codes per sales channel. Typically, we’re talking about 10,000 codes per campaign. Unfortunately, this means that if I want to send these codes to my colleagues for purposes like newsletters or publishers, I have to download all of them.

We are still at the beginning with Shopware, and the export already contains around 160,000 codes. This process takes a very long time, and it’s also quite tedious to filter the relevant codes from the Excel file afterwards.

It would be incredibly helpful for us if we could export the codes by sales channel directly.

My recommendation would be that it would be possible to export the codes within the respective action.

Advantage:
In this way, you only receive the codes that you specifically need and do not have to export many thousands of codes via the export module and then assign them manually.

Should be possible to export them directly via Promotions > Your Promotion >Promotion codes. Here should an export Button be added

It must be possible to export an action code list instead of just exporting all codes. Otherwise, how can I find the codes that I have created?

The import is performing incredibly slowly! An article with around 10 media items that need to be fetched from an external media server takes an average of 10 minutes!
The import time for 150 articles is 10 hours. Sometimes I need to import 1,000 articles. On top of that, after the import, I have to export the data again just to retrieve the IDs, in order to import additional information like extended prices, cross-selling, etc. This process was dramatically better and faster in SW5.

Why isn’t this possible in SW6????

Time and again, customers reach the limits of the export because it cannot be configured across different database tables. This quickly leads to the need to use an extension or the export is not possible.

Example:
Display of all products, including their sales with tax and any other details.

This was much better and more comprehensive under Shopware 5.

Due to monthly exports to the tax office or the tax consultant, such cross-table information would be important and is requested again and again.
