Whether you're configuring your store, developing plugins, or exploring new features, the assistant gives you guidance and support in solving problems.
Just released: Copilot’s first Skill – Data Insights (Beta) With this users can ask questions about one's shop data. The Data Insights Skill helps you to save time and make data-driven decisions without needing analytics tools or expertise. Start by asking questions like: “Which products had the highest revenue last month?” or “Show me a graph of our newsletter registrations of last year.”

Wir bekommen ständig folgende Meldung:
"Etwas ist schief gelaufen...
Es scheint, dass Copilot ein Problem bei der Verarbeitung hatte. Versuchen Sie es in einem Moment erneut."Darunter kann man dann einen erneuten Versuch anstoßen (der noch nie etwas anderes als den erwähnten Fehler gebracht hat), aber auch keinen neuen Auftrag mehr formulieren.
Woran kann das liegen?
EN: We keep receiving the following message:
“Something went wrong…
It looks like Copilot had a problem processing the request. Please try again in a moment.”Below that, we can start another attempt, but this has never produced anything other than the same error. We also cannot enter a new request anymore.
What could be causing this?

Allow for a custom export profile to be chosen when using the AI copilot.
