    This checkbox in documents settings

    Help text should say something like “Eligible only for EU member states, see countries settings”

    This switch field in country settings

    Help text should say something like “Switch on to enable the display of the “intra-community delivery” label on order documents”

  2. If I add a product to the cart, with a price of 590,- then the shipping cost is 0,- because the shipping is free over 500,-

    If I add a promotion with 20% off, the shipping is still 0,- even though the price of the item is now 470,- and therefore under the 500,-. Then the shipping should be 49,-

    This has already been ticketed as a bug, but declined with the message "We have concluded, that the behaviour you describe does not meet the criteria for a bug and instead consider this suggestion to be an improvement."

  3. Shipping discount is not shown on cart for guest costumer - despite it is valid - because shipping price could not be calcutlated yet:

    THE PROBLEM:
    Our customer works with different shipping prices per postal code.
    Therefor shipping cost can only be calculated wen a costumer has provided his postal code.

    When we now have a discount for shipping, the shopping dart does not display it.
    When a user enters a voucher/coupon code for it, the shopping cart does not show any notion, that has been applied or not.

    This is problematic…

  4. I noticed that, when I enter the shopping cart and select a different country, the standard shipping remains preselected, although it should switch to that for the respective countries. When entering the address at the checkout, however, only the correct shipping method can be selected again, which means that customers might be initially confused. Maybe a fix for that would be nice

  5. Add an option to have the basic price always visible in the cart, even if the basic unit and the sales unit are equal.

    Füge eine Option hinzu, den Grundpreis immer im Warenkorb anzuzeigen, auch wenn die Grundeinheit und Verkaufseinheit übereinstimmen.

  6. For products with graduated prices, these cannot be added directly to the shopping cart at listing level. As soon as graduated prices are defined, “Details” appears at listing level instead of “Add to shopping cart”.

  7. The products linked in "Cross Selling" tab should also optional appear at cart / checkout, based on all products at cart.

    The merchant should set the appropriate Cross Selling title.
    And: the merchant should be set max products showing at the cart (e.g. 5). Should also work for off-canvas cart.

  8. Partial deliveries within orders are often excluded, which is why only the oldest delivery period within the items is important. There should therefore be an option to display only the oldest delivery period in the shopping cart.

    Otherwise, the only alternative would be to completely deactivate the delivery period display.

  9. Enable position related discounts in cart and order details. Currently all discounts that have been granted for one cart are beeing summed up and they show as one dedicated position.

  10. it would be very useful if shipping cost in the basket could be added if products of different manufacturers create different costs.
    Example:
    product a = 10 €

    product b = 5 €

    total shipping 15 €

  11. The normalization of telephone numbers according to the E 164 standard should be implemented. Shopware currently allows any values and text in the checkout and customer account when entering telephone numbers. However, this results in problems, as telephone numbers are used for many purposes in ecommerce. For example, DHL Express ODD, Custom Audiences in Google/Meta, international callbacks in customer service, integration of marketing automation for SMS/WhatsApp, etc. The quality of telephone numbers should therefore be standardized and of high quality to make Shopware 6 merchants competitive in a growing international market.

  12. A function is desired that shows in the shopping cart/cashout how much € is still needed until free delivery.

    This keeps customers in the shop and generates more sales. The function should be included in the standard.

  13. Show value for packUnit in OffCanvas and cart summary on /checkout/register. Currently it only shows "Anzahl" or "Stück" even if a different packUnit has been defined for a product.

    Eigene Aufschläge für die Versandkostenberechnung wie in SW5, um auch die Kosten für Speditionsversand so umsetzen zu können, dass diese prozentual vom Warenwert berechnet werden. Derzeit nur lösbar über feste Pauschalbeträge.

    Own surcharges for the shipping cost calculation as in SW5, in order to be able to implement the costs for shipping by freight forwarder in such a way that they are calculated as a percentage of the value of the goods. Currently only solvable via fixed flat rates.

  15. In Shopware 6.4.0.0 it was possible to change custom products in the shopping cart. This is no longer possible in the current version of Shopware. It would be nice if this were possible again.

  16. Currently it is not possible to prevent a customer from completing the payment after a period X (see screenshot). This should be customizable

  17. It would be nice to have an option to deactivate the checkbox for "I have read and accepted the general terms and conditions" and only display a note, as is also possible with the Data Protection Information during registration.

  18. If a customer requests a new password the password recovery page is very standard and simple. It would be great, if would be possible to design the page with a more user-friendly look.

  19. Please add express buttons for google/apple pay. Customers are used to these and the payment options doesnt really make sense otherwise. Apple pay should also be disabled/hidden on non iOS devices.

  20. Currently, only one logo can be used per payment method for all languages. However, it should be possible to define one logo per language for each payment method so that you have different adverts in the different languages.
