Just released: Copilot’s first Skill – Data Insights (Beta) With this users can ask questions about one's shop data. The Data Insights Skill helps you to save time and make data-driven decisions without needing analytics tools or expertise. Start by asking questions like: “Which products had the highest revenue last month?” or “Show me a graph of our newsletter registrations of last year.”

Der Copilot kann nicht mal eine simple Abfrage: erstelle einen Report mit Produktname, Lagerbestand, Verkaufspreis netto. Der Copilot sagt dann immer "jetzt schaff ich es", aber es klappt nicht, Scheinbar wird immer nur eine json datei, ausgelesen, übermittelt o.ä.
Wirklich schade, weil der Export von Shopware ja auch völlig unbrauchbar ist.
Ich brauche endlich eine Möglichkeit, meinen Warenwert zu berechnen und Maßnahmen diesbezüglich ergreifen zu können.

The Copilot can't even perform a simple query: create a report with product name, stock level, net selling price. The co-pilot then always says, "Now I've got it!" But it's not working. It seems only a JSON file is being read, transmitted, or something similar.
It's a real shame, because the Shopware export function is completely unusable.
I desperately need a way to calculate my merchandise value and take appropriate action.

Wir bekommen ständig folgende Meldung:
"Etwas ist schief gelaufen...
Es scheint, dass Copilot ein Problem bei der Verarbeitung hatte. Versuchen Sie es in einem Moment erneut."Darunter kann man dann einen erneuten Versuch anstoßen (der noch nie etwas anderes als den erwähnten Fehler gebracht hat), aber auch keinen neuen Auftrag mehr formulieren.
Woran kann das liegen?

“Something went wrong…
It looks like Copilot had a problem processing the request. Please try again in a moment.”Below that, we can start another attempt, but this has never produced anything other than the same error. We also cannot enter a new request anymore.
What could be causing this?

Allow for a custom export profile to be chosen when using the AI copilot.
