    User requirements vary greatly in this regard: in technical fields, for example, similar results alongside exact matches can be confusing for customers. In some cases, it is not possible to avoid the use of special characters. For example, a company name could be Meyer & Müller. When searching for products from this manufacturer, it would be useful to be able to specify that ‘only’ Meyer or ‘only’ Müller should be included in the search results. Scandinavian companies often have A/B in their names, which usually leads to searches for Name, A, B (if letters were searched for). There are repeated requests to be able to make the settings even more detailed and tailored to the respective application.

    die Anforderungen der Nutzer sind hier sehr unterschiedlich: In technischen Sparten zum Beispiel sind neben genauen Treffern ähnliche Ergebnisse für die Kunden irritierend. In einigen Fällen ist es nicht möglich die Nutzung von Sonderzeichen zu umgehen. Zum Beispiel könnte ein Firmenname Meyer & Müller sein, wenn nach Produkten dieses Herstellers gesucht wird, wäre es sinnvoll festlegen zu können, dass dabei "nur" Meyer oder "nur" Müller nicht zu berücksichtigen sein sollen. Bei skandinavischen Firmen gibt es oft A/B in der Firmierung, was im Regelfall zur Suche von Name, A, B führt (wenn Buchstaben gesucht würden). Es wird wiederholt nachgefragt, die Einstellungen noch detaillierterer und auf den jeweiligen Einsatzzweck abgestimmt vornehmen zu können.

    Daher möchte ich noch einmal die Aufmerksamkeit auf dieses Ticket lenken.

    Perhaps the customer's experience will be enhanced if the Cross Selling proposals are combined with those of an AI that analyses the prior orders or information of the customer, so that products are shown, that are more likely to meet the customer's taste

    If you filtered some variants by a property i.e. color, the bulk edit has no setting to select another Coverimage for products with selected properties. This would be helpful to avoid unnecessary work.

    To bring this idea back to the forefront: For customers with many sales channels, it would definitely be an advantage if they could set the sorting according to importance. Currently, for example, there is not even an alphabetical sorting when assigning a sales channel when creating a new customer in the admin. However, the product comparison channels or social shopping would not be relevant there.

    Um diese Idee wieder mehr nach vorn zu holen: Für Kunden mit vielen Verkaufskanälen wäre es definitiv von Vorteil, wenn sie die Sortierung nach Wichtigkeit einstellen könnten. Aktuell ist zum Beispiel bei der Zuordnung eines Verkaufskanals bei der Kundenneuanlage im Admin noch nicht einmal eine alphabetische Sortierung vorhanden. Dort wären aber die Produktvergleichskanäle oder Social Shopping nicht relevant.
