Reorder via the admin
It can often be useful to "re-trigger" an order that has already been placed for the customer. This should be possible via the admin and can save a lot of time in day-to-day business.

Change payment in backend
Especially with Stripe we see a high rate of un-completed payments via Giropay and Creditcard.
We then want and have to change the payment type from Stripe to invoice pre-payment, which was possible in SW5 and should be possible in SW6.11 votes -
Automized stock calculation for returns
Currently, there is no automized stock calculation after a return took place. The stock therefore must be adjusted manually at the moment.
It would be great if we could implement some functionality / option that automatically re-calculates the stock of returned articles (if desired, as there might be cases where returned articles may not be added to the current stock)

Please improve the DHL App so that, creating a stamp for shipping to foreign countries can be done in the admin, too.

Configuration to deactivate status emails
In the Self-hosted and Cloud versions, is it not possible to turn off the send customer order status update email popup or deactivate the pre-activated 'Send email to customer' toggle per default.

Missing option to delete documents

We removed the deletion of existing documents in orders sometime in late 2021 or early 2022. There are always users who want such a function. See tickets https://issues.shopware.com/issues/NEXT-19550 and https://issues.shopware.com/issues/NEXT-24888.In principle, I do not see it as necessary to delete the document, but there should be a way to invalidate documents and make corrections. Possibly similar to accounting, where an incorrect entry is offset with a cancellation entry.

Better deletion of customers in admin: after opens a customer a delete button is needed
Currently, only in the customer overview, while selecting the three dots you can delete the customer.
The problem: if you search customer by exact name or mail address it is not possible to highlight the customer in the overview so can't easily delete the customer account. If you have many customers and some requests to delete the account, there is a problem (time consuming) the finish this task.
So please add the function to delete the customer account after open the customer account.

Link customer e-mail address in order with mail client
It would be helpful if one could click the customers e-mail address in the order overview to open an e-mail window in Outlook rather than copy&paste the e-mail address.

Clean up guest accounts after order is proceeded
Some Online Merchants suffer from recurring guest accounts, cluttering the database. It would be good to have some kind of a configurable mechanism to delete guest accounts after the order is proceeded or after a specific time (month, years).

Deliverytime in cart calculated from release date
When setting a release date for a product or variant, the future release is correctly displayed on the pip.
When activating the delivery time in the shopping cart, it's shown as calculated from today. For example, the product is shown as being delivered in 2 days from today, which makes no sense when a product may be released in a few weeks or even months.
It would be better if the delivery time is calculated from the release date, or rather, the release date is simply displayed, as on the pip.

UX-Improvement for Admin Orders
Most of the people first click on the search positions bar if they want to add a position, because the add position button is next to it and it looks like you can search a product there and add this product as position with the button next to it. It's on the quick-order modal (ux1.png) such as on the normal new order window (ux2.png).
I would suggest to use the searchbar for adding products and the search position bar should only appear if there already is a position inside the order (or maybe 3 or more positions are there).

Cloud: Add a „native“ shipping provider
Initially, Sendcloud by Shopware did the job. We were able to track the shipping status in the order view. Since Sendcloud isn’t available anymore for cloud customers, there is no shipping provider that interacts with shipping status, and we have to update the status of every single order ourselves. Look for a new partner that integrates with the shopware order status.

Creation and last order date of the customer in the administration
As a shop owner I want to be able to have a detailed view on my customers. I want to know when the customer was created in Shopware and when the customers ordered the last time. Therefore I need the last order date and the creation date on the customer detail page and in the overview within the administration.

New customer address on order creation
In 6.4 it was possible to add new billing and/or shipping address to a customer during order creation in admin. Since 6.5 it is no longer the case.
It would be nice to have that functionality back so that when new order is created manually, there is no need to first adjust a customer by adding a new address in sw-customer module, but to add that address directly via sw-order module and use that address in that order.5 votes -
Function of automatically added promotions is in an impractical place
In 6.4 there was a switch in the admin orders to turn the discounts on and off, and thus recalculate them when a change is made (items are added or removed).
In 6.5 it is no longer available at this point.
Instead, there is such a switch under the Details tab.If I deactivate the discount, a message appears that changes should be saved, but after saving and switching to the General tab, the discount is still present.
A discount can then only be deleted manually, because unfortunately it does not automatically adjust to a change.

Variants in Admin Orders
If you want to add a variant item to an order in the admin, they are unsorted in a dropdown.
It would be better if only the main variant was visible in the dropdown and then you could select the options of the variant in a second step.
