Directly share paypal payment links from SW6 administration
It should be possible to directly share paypal payment links through the backend. We oftentimes observe that customers can cancel the checkout process for various reasons and want to return to it later.
We would like to see the payment link if any kind of paypal payment method is selected and if the payment is neither completed nor the order cancelled, we would like to be able to resend it to the customer of the order by mail.

Subscription
We are planning on implementing the subscription module in Shopware. Most of our customers are currently however paying for subscriptions via Paypal or CC. This is not possible in Shopware and our payment service provider is not interested in enhancing their plugin based on the current status of the Shopware development. So an interface for a PSP or a Shopware payment plugin would be highly appreciated.

Cloud: Add a „native“ shipping provider
Initially, Sendcloud by Shopware did the job. We were able to track the shipping status in the order view. Since Sendcloud isn’t available anymore for cloud customers, there is no shipping provider that interacts with shipping status, and we have to update the status of every single order ourselves. Look for a new partner that integrates with the shopware order status.

Function of automatically added promotions is in an impractical place
In 6.4 there was a switch in the admin orders to turn the discounts on and off, and thus recalculate them when a change is made (items are added or removed).
In 6.5 it is no longer available at this point.
Instead, there is such a switch under the Details tab.If I deactivate the discount, a message appears that changes should be saved, but after saving and switching to the General tab, the discount is still present.
A discount can then only be deleted manually, because unfortunately it does not automatically adjust to a change.

Claims processing
If a shipping service provider creates damage to the package or the package is lost, only the net amount without VAT must be shown on the claim invoice. This is currently not possible.

PayPal conflicts in orderview
If a customer starts a conflict on PayPal, it is not shown in the order or order overview.
In shopware 5 there was a note in the order list.
Yes, there is a conflict list, but it would be appreciated when a conflict is shown in the corresponding order.

Personalized filters
As a customer, I would like to be able to activate in the customer account, which filters should be displayed to me in categories. For example, in fashion shops, it could be interesting to display only certain brands, sizes, and colors. Show me only clothes from the brands "adidas" and "Nike" in the sizes "M" and "L", in the colors "black" and "white".
Filters should also be able to work the other way around: DON'T show me clothes from the brands "adidas" and "Nike" in the sizes "M" and "L", in the colors "black" and "white".1 vote -
Prevent further invoices
As a shop owner, I could have a problem with the fact that more than one invoice can be generated for an order. One should be able to generate only, after additional confirmation, another invoice or be able as an admin, even after additional confirmation, to delete an existing invoice. Everything should serve to keep his accounting, "clean".

Folder structure for documents
An enterprise customer is looking for a way to implement a "Aktenschrank" of sorts. He wants all sorts of documents sorted in one place. He wants to be able to see and manage the complete correspondence with the merchants. Orders, invoices, cancellations, and individual documents such as a "data sheet" or a "laboratory report" could be stored here.

Create new Order/Delivery from Return
When returning items the customer can select "replacement" for an item. In case of clothes the case could be "T-Shirt size doesn't fit please replace it with a smaller size".
If the customer hasn't placed another order so far the merchant can directly create a new order (or delivery) with the replacement in shopware for the customer. The replacement can be charged against the open order and the return.1 vote -

Manage Newsletter receivers
It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.

Payment History
Show all payment related transactions and how they where allocated (which order for example). For the future this could be extend with the possibility to add credit to the customer account (for example in case of returns) which is available for the purchases as payment method.
