Create new / duplicated layouts from the category page
If you also want to use Shopware to integrate the company website (with integrated shop/product catalog) with a large number of different content pages, there is the problem that you first have to create a layout for each page.
It should be possible to create new or duplicated (from existing) layouts faster.
This could be one or two buttons in the category which do the following
A) "create new layout for this category and assign"
B) "copy layout of this category to a new category and assign to the category"The layout could have an automatic naming based on the…

Custom Product Layout Page not only assignable to products - but also to product variants
The custom product layout which is accessible through the customer experience layouts is a great way to easily design your own product pages. Here you can add further pictures and texts to enhance your product listings and make them more vivid.
The general layout where to place pictures and further texts can be created in the customer experience layout section.
The individual pictures and texts per product are then choosen and created under calalogue -> products -> layout (tab). In this way the following example of an indivudual product listing is possible.
However: The custom layout is only editable on…

Data mapping for background images
When you want to change the image of a cms element/slot via the used category, you can use data mapping. This should also be possible for background images, as they are often used with the header banner element that is placed on top of each category.

Better mobile-first support
The mobil-first approach may be technically lived, but it does not exist in the application. There are no options for mobile content settings or adjustments. Not even a preview exists. Here you can only be reactive on the road. Even the headless approach only affects the display, but not the usability as an admin.

No space between unfilled content blocks in the frontend
We sometimes have the same layouts selected as templates in some categories. In a few category pages content blocks are not filled. But then there are big gaps. So if the content is empty, the space between the blocks should decrease automatically.

Edit content of assignments in pagebuilder
Until now, it's only possible to edit the base content of the layout in the page builder, while the category-specific content can only be edited in the layout tab in the categories.
Example: I use a base layout as a template for all my shop categories. However, I want to play out different content for the jewellery category than for the clothing category. I am using data mapping to do so, which automatically overwrites the content from my layout with the content in the category. It would be easier if one can switch through all the assignments & edit the…

New layout block "Accordion"
Designing a lot of text for various topics in an appealing way is not easy. An accordion is very helpful in making a lot of content more accessible to the customer. Often used for FAQ or documentation it has established itself as a standard design element in online shops and is therefore an element that should be within reach in the shopping experiences default blocks.

Add the ability to save color palettes in the WYSIWYG
When editing texts or other elements in the WYSIWYG editor for shopping experiences, it would be good to enable color palettes so that the user can resort to saved color palettes or even get new inspiration via color palette services such as https://www.colourlovers.com.
This would enable the users to add color or color schemes more quickly and more standardised.

Adding a progress bar in the media upload would enable merchants to continue working on other tasks and check the upload status in between without switching to the media module.

Duplicate CMS blocks
There should be an option to duplicate CMS blocks to make minor changes to the second one. This is especially helpful if e.g. for a limited time only some minor changes should be visible via dynamic access (make the first one invisible and the second one with small changes visible for timeframe XY), for example for a specific season.

Rule based preview for Shopping Experiences
Currently, there is no way to test the rules placed at a block in the Shopping Experiences. For this, it would be helpful to be able to test the rules placed on a block in a preview. The customer should be able to check if what he has configured works.
