Current overall visitors and currently logged in customers in dashboard would be great.
Also: which customer(s) are logged in with customer number, name, current cart amount, link to customer (except guest users).

There should be a link in the order detail to directly open the customer of the order.

Currently the sorting it: the oldest is first. It should the the latest (newest) order first.

Please integrate the Google Tag Manager with DataLayer in Shopware as soon as possible.
Professional merchants need this. The plugins to support the GTM are horrible.Raymond

This would be very helpful.
Options / settings:
- time to send the mail notification after the cart is abandoned
- how many mails should be sent at once (avoiding to classify the mailserver as spam)
- one ore more mails (different mail templates) should be possible to send, after the user does not react
