  1. Use case:
    we have 2 sales channels:
    - B2B (frontend display without VAT and other payment methods activated as B2C)
    - B2C (frontend display with VAT and other payment methods activated as B2B)
    - both channels have the same articles activated

    Problem: If you are not logged in, your shopping cart is emptied when you change channels.

    Request: Shopping cart is retained when changing channels, as long as the item is available in both channels.

  2. Hello! We would like to check our business customers in advance. That's why they only have to fill out a form, which is sent to us. We then create the customer. To do this, registration and guest orders for the sales channel would have to be specifically deactivated. A form on the registration page would be great

  3. If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

  4. With the new b2b integration inside the commercial plugin, you are up to integrate salesrepresentatives. Inside the old b2b-Plugin it wasn't possible to buy products as a SR for your own. They just saw there customers.

    It woult be cool if they are able to, because we go lots of external SRs who love to use our products too. In the past we needed double accounting for our external SRs who want to buy our products.

  5. Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.

    We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

  6. Shopware version 6.5.6.0 enables the query of the customer's telephone number as a mandatory field in the registration process. It would be very desirable (especially in the B2B area) if this telephone number were also prominently displayed in the customer overview as a separate column.
    Currently, the telephone number can only be reached in a very cumbersome way by jumping to the customer processing and editing the address there.

  7. As a shop owner, I want to be able to define a set of employees and their roles. Set A: "Quick Order" and "Quote Management"; set B: all B2B components, for example. Maybe it could be combined with the Rule Builder: if rule A is true, set A.

  8. Es wäre sehr von Vorteil wenn es möglich wäre im Backend/ Kataloge/ Produkte auch die Nettopreise angezeigt zu bekommen. Ist im B2B Bereich eine Einstellung die wirklich wichtig ist.

  9. The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

  10. We have plenty addresses for a account in big companies, because we import all addresses according to the company, that user can select into there account. Often there are 200-300 addresses. So there is a need to have an search field for searching the company name, street, zip code, country and an individual programmed customer number field for each address.

  11. In Backend: a checkbox in the product to activate an offer / ask for price. For the shop buyer in the frontend a form opens to request for an offer and ask for price.

    In the frontend: the price and delivery status is hidden and the "In shopping cart" button is replaces by "Ask for an offer" button.

  14. Especially for B2B merchants, basic product configuration solved with our Custom Products feature is not enough. Highly complex and individual configurations must be supported, e.g. to configure products like hardware parts, individual window/door requirements etc.

    3D Visualisation could reduce complexity, for example with explosion graphics demonstrating machines and their individual (spare) parts.

The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

  17. As a debtor, I want to have contact with as less restrictions as possible. At the moment a contact needs an assigned budget AND an assigned contingent to place an order. Make it possible to place an order WITHOUT an assigned contingent and budget.

  18. As a merchant I want to have the possibility to restrict the product view & price display (VAT) depending on if the customer is a private one or a company.
    This should be already possible on the homepage, preferably without just a login screen.

  19. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  20. Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.
