This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots

  1. Problem: Right now you have to configure every single role in a B2B Suite by yourself. This is additional manual effort for customers.

  2. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  3. Currently it is not possible to order for multiple projects - you only have one basket at a time. In B2B companies employees might have different projects they work and have to order stuff for. Also, budgets and contingents can only be assigned on role level but not project specifically.
    Current workaround: Customizing and/or doing manual paperwork to document project specific purchases

  4. Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.

  5. Sales representatives might not always have a good internet connection and therefore can't place an order right away. Some way to be able to place an order offline that get's automatically updated as soon as the connection is back should be there.

  7. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  11. If a customer orders product xy several times, the B2B Suite should make suggestions for order lists based on the historical data

  12. Currently it's not possible to duplicate offers in the B2B Suite
    so that you have less effort creating new ones with slightly different nuances.
    This would ease up the process of sending out several offers at once to customers.
