  1. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  2. There should be an option to set default permissions for new user accounts, perhaps based on customer group assignment. Currently the only way to automatically enable B2B Components features is through a custom registration form.

  3. Configured custom products can be added to the shopping list. However, the configuration of the item is not included. This should definitely be corrected.

  5. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  6. In the merchant registration form (e.g., via the B2B Suite or customer registration), Spanish NIE numbers are currently rejected as invalid VAT/Tax IDs. However, the NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is the official fiscal identification number for foreigners in Spain and is accepted by the Spanish tax authorities.

    A valid NIE follows this format:
    Starts with X, Y, or Z → 7 digits → ends with a letter
    Example: Y5432178P

    Currently, the validation logic does not accept such values, blocking legitimate registrations from Spain-based users.

  7. To simplify ordering process when purchasing several variations of one product, such as a USB flash drive in various colors and capacity, you can use a Matrix Form. The matrix form is available only when a product has one or two attributes.

  8. Shopware version 6.5.6.0 enables the query of the customer's telephone number as a mandatory field in the registration process. It would be very desirable (especially in the B2B area) if this telephone number were also prominently displayed in the customer overview as a separate column.
    Currently, the telephone number can only be reached in a very cumbersome way by jumping to the customer processing and editing the address there.

  9. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  10. Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups.   11. As a merchant/customer, I now have the ability to add items to my wishlist in the cart overview but not to a shopping list.
    Adding the ability to add items to a shopping list right out of the cart would be beneficial.

  12. In the shopping list overview, you can see a ‘small’ search which helps you to find your way around larger lists.

    We would like this ‘small’ search bar and its functionality to also be used on the order overview. It should also be possible to search for article numbers there, as is already the case with the shopping list, and also be able to search for order numbers as an additional extension.

  14. SW6 B2B Component should have same functionality as the previous B2B-suite. In Order process (checkout) merchants should have form-fields for own Order-Reference and wishes for the delivery-date.

  16. Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.

  17. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  18. For offers, the shipping method and payment method used cannot be changed or edited. A shipping method and a payment method are still specified. It should be possible to change this data when editing.

  20. In B2B context, companies can buy products as gifts. Up to 50€ per person and year can be gifted taxfree.

    It would be great, if Shopware offers this gift functionality including a certificate upload (proof) and a reporting function, that gives the company an overview of the gifts of a specific time range.
