  1. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  2. Currently when using the Commercial Custom Pricing feature, prices are not visible in the admin. Entities must be maintained via the API, and visibility into the values set for specific customer groups/customers can not be seen from the admin.

    Having a screen where we can view the prices a customer/customer group would be great for the end users of Shopware. While maintaining these records from the admin would be a nice to have, the read only functionality would be a good start.

  3. Configured custom products can be added to the shopping list. However, the configuration of the item is not included. This should definitely be corrected.

  5. As a shop owner, I want to be able to define a set of employees and their roles. Set A: "Quick Order" and "Quote Management"; set B: all B2B components, for example. Maybe it could be combined with the Rule Builder: if rule A is true, set A.

  7. The permission management of the B2B Components does not properly fill out the function of managing budgets for each B2B Components user.
    Someone needs to keep track on how much a customer has bought and if his/her budget is spent.
    They also need to know how high the budget is with no indication of that being given via our B2B Components.

    I good way to solve this would be to build a budget functionality as in the B2B Suite.
    That would make it easier to keep track of the budget and it would reduce the amount of controlling.

  8. To simplify ordering process when purchasing several variations of one product, such as a USB flash drive in various colors and capacity, you can use a Matrix Form. The matrix form is available only when a product has one or two attributes.

  9. Shopware version 6.5.6.0 enables the query of the customer's telephone number as a mandatory field in the registration process. It would be very desirable (especially in the B2B area) if this telephone number were also prominently displayed in the customer overview as a separate column.
    Currently, the telephone number can only be reached in a very cumbersome way by jumping to the customer processing and editing the address there.

  10. It should be possible to select if a debtor has to receive the order confirmation from a contact order.

    At the moment only the contact receives the confirmation mail and the debtor is only informed when an order should be cleared.

    Some merchants would inform the debtor parallel to the contact of an existing order.

    Is it possible to activate a parallel mail via option in the debtor?

  11. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  12. There should be an option to set default permissions for new user accounts, perhaps based on customer group assignment. Currently the only way to automatically enable B2B Components features is through a custom registration form.

  14. SW6 B2B Component should have same functionality as the previous B2B-suite. In Order process (checkout) merchants should have form-fields for own Order-Reference and wishes for the delivery-date.

  16. Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.

So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups.   18. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  19. Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.

  20. At the moment, e-mails from B2B Components are always sent to the e-mail address of the customer account. It would be nice if it were possible for the customer to set that emails are also sent to the employee's email address.
