  1. In B2B context, companies can buy products as gifts. Up to 50€ per person and year can be gifted taxfree.

    It would be great, if Shopware offers this gift functionality including a certificate upload (proof) and a reporting function, that gives the company an overview of the gifts of a specific time range.

  2. Currently, customers have to create each role for their employees. Most customers don't want to deal with all the roles and permissions.

    It should be possible for shop owners to define common roles as a preset.

  3. As a merchant/customer, I now have the ability to add items to my wishlist in the cart overview but not to a shopping list.
    Adding the ability to add items to a shopping list right out of the cart would be beneficial.

  4. In the shopping list overview, you can see a ‘small’ search which helps you to find your way around larger lists.

    We would like this ‘small’ search bar and its functionality to also be used on the order overview. It should also be possible to search for article numbers there, as is already the case with the shopping list, and also be able to search for order numbers as an additional extension.

  5. We would like to activate the B2B Components shopping lists for all existing customers.

    Is this not intended, the documentation only mentions that this must be activated per customer:

    https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-6-en/commercial-features/b2b-components#shopping-list

    The feature is not listed in the settings for the customer groups, where you can activate global settings for the components. This should also be the case.

  6. It would be great to have separate customer numbers for the roles in B2B suite. So the shop owner could bill these customer numbers separatly. Otherwise the owner needs to determine trough the address which order went where and bill them after that which is time consuming and prone to errors.

  7. Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.

    We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

  8. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.

  13. It would be great, if B2B store would have the option to add selection or comment fields on product detail pages.

    This could be used, so that buyers can directly select the cost center or the project, which the product is bought for. This information could then be automatically integrated into the invoices, saving a lot of manually effort for the finance department.

  14. B2B users with the specific rights should be able to define, which roles are allowed to see which products in the storefront. Not all products are necessarily needed for all roles.

    Only seeing the relevant product reduces the effort of finding the desired product.

  18. The quick order function of Shopware Commercial currently only allows the upload of .csv files that are separated by a comma. However, Microsoft Excel works with the semicolon for csv files by default. As a result, it has become a kind of industry standard in the B2B sector to use csv files with semicolons. It would be very helpful if you could set in the admin which separator is expected when uploading .csv files in the quick order.

  19. At the moment, products are shown in a "grid view." To be more efficient and order products faster, it would help to have a "list view." Just list all products among each other, with just a small picture, SKU, price, and amount; that´s it. Like it is in the existing B2B Suite.

  20. It is currently not possible to change the number of items in the watch list. It would be desirable to be able to change the number of items.

    Aktuell kann man in der Merkliste keine Änderungen an der Artikelanzahl vornehmen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass die Artikelanzahl verändert werden kann.
