Cannot respond to comments if quote has been expired
While the customer who did set up a quote is still able to add new comments to a quote that already has been expired, the shop owner / admin cannot respond to these comments accordingly.
Either remove the possibility to add new comments (for the customer) on expired quotes or the shopw owner / admin should have the possibility to respond to those comments accordingly.

Add notifications for new comments on quotes
Currently, new customer comments on offers are not actively communicated. An email or in-administration notification would ensure timely awareness and faster responses.

B2B Components: Include divergent mail addresses in search results
Shop owners sometimes report having difficulties finding B2B root accounts when provided with little more than a mail address of an employee in case it is not conforming to the companies' mail structure.
For example:
Our B2B root account is company@example.com.
Our employee's mail address is employee@shopware.com.Since the mail addresses don't match, when searching for employee@shopware.com, we will find no results for customers. This is sometimes the case where entire departments have separate mail addresses like a purchase department.
So the request is to have an option to index employee mail addresses and associate them with…

organisation unit should be defined in new emplyee
As the organisation units are available with version 6.7, it should be possible to map the unit for new employees.
Currently only the role can be set.
Employees can only be mapped within the organisation unit when the employee is active (invitation link is clicked within the 2 hours reaction time).
If organisation units are active in the customer and units are defined, it should be possible to map it within the employee mask. For existing and new employees.

Native Multi-Vendor Marketplace Engine + Next.js Headless Support
Shopware 6 is excellent for single-vendor eCommerce, but it lacks core features required to build true multi-vendor marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, or Alibaba. I propose a Marketplace Engine as a core module or premium extension with:
Vendor Accounts: Sellers can register and manage their own products, orders, and store settings from a dedicated dashboard.
Split Payments & Commissions: Automated payment distribution using Stripe Connect, PayPal Payouts, etc., with platform-level commission control.
Product & Seller Reviews: Customer reviews for products and vendors with moderation workflows, boosting trust and SEO.
Search Personalization: Intelligent search with vendor filters, ratings, and behavior-based ranking. Ideal…

Automatically adjust the width of the window in the B2B module to the size of the window/screen
The width of the window in the B2B module should automatically adapt to the size of the screen and not have a fixed width of 960 px as it does now. Editing the offers is almost impossible with constant scrolling.

Add support for authorities
Authorities should be handled as B2B customers, but they don't have a VAT-ID. So, it's currently impossible to register a new account for authorities and have vat-id validation turned on.
It would be nice to have a third option besides "private" and "company", which would be a B2B account without a VAT-ID, while "company" would still be validated for a correct VAT-ID.

B2B Components - Order List: Schedule function
The order list is a great feature for B2B customers to make predefined carts available in a fast fashion. Especially, when the same orders have to be placed on a regular scale.
It would be even better, if there was a scheduling for those order lists. So customers do not have to manually order the same products over and over again.
It would be technically like Shopwares Abo function, just for whole carts with predefined products.

B2B Components: Photos in the offer chat
It should also be possible to add photos to a quote in the chat so that the customer can send further details.

Enable CSV upload for shopping lists directly in the shopping lists menu
Currently it is only possible to upload CSV files via the quick order function.
These orders can then be made into a shopping list.
The upload of CSV files however is not possible via the feature "shopping lists" directly, which you would expect.
It would be beneficial to add this functionality directly in the shopping lists feature in the frontend/admin.1 vote -
B2B: Customer specific rebates
It is possible right now to manage customer specific prices. Several businesses are working the other way round and using the MSRP together with a customer specific rebate. As this data already sits in the ERP systems, it should also be usable in the Shopware B2B components.

Show detailed discounts in the cart overview
When using the quote management function in the B2B components, as the one asking for the offer I want to see what type of discount has been given.
Right now, you can only see the substracted discount but not if it is a total discount in € or a percentage discount.1 vote -
Quick orders - CSV format
When a CSV file is created on a standard Windows PC, as most users still do, it is in DOS ANSI encoding (the normal user does not care about this but simply creates a file). This format is not supported by the quick orders (in the upload).
It would be great if more formats were supported, OR if a hint text was added to the upload field for the UTF-8 format.

B2B Components: Option to set the quantity to 0 in a shopping list
It would be very important to have an option in the shopping lists to automatically ignore products with a quantity of 0.
Currently, if you try to add a shopping list to the shopping cart that contains a product with a quantity of 0, you get an error message (The quantity (0) is incorrect.), see screenshot.
Of course you can simply remove the products from the shopping list, but this is a lot of extra work.
Example:
A merchant creates a shopping list for his groceries and orders them. After a week, the retailer walks through his warehouse and notices…1 vote -
B2B Components - attach quote to Mail
If a quote has been answered or created by the admin, enabling "Generate and attach document" before sending a quote, only leads to it being shown in the customer account.
Currently, this document is neither sent by mail, nor is there a separate action within the Flow Builder for it

Sales representative should be able to create an order, which must first be accepted by the debitor
Requirement: Our sales representative logs on as such to one of his assigned customers (in the customer account) and places an order proposal there. The customer receives a notification and can now approve or reject the order. If approved, an order is automatically placed in the store.
Current status: the sales representative can create orders for his customer. However, these are processed directly, i.e. ordered for a fee. The customer is not involved in an approval process and it cannot be seen in the customer account that the order has been placed by the sales representative.

- B2B (frontend display without VAT and other payment methods activated as B2C)
- B2C (frontend display with VAT and other payment methods activated as B2B)
- both channels have the same articles activatedProblem: If you are not logged in, your shopping cart is emptied when you change channels.
Request: Shopping cart is retained when changing channels, as long as the item is available in both channels.

Customers from Salesrepresentatives should have an identifier of the SR inside their order
If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

Line break in the activity stream
The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

B2B Suite: More nested rules for users/contacts/roles
The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.
