Customers from Salesrepresentatives should have an identifier of the SR inside their order
If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

Line break in the activity stream
The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

B2B Suite: More nested rules for users/contacts/roles
The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

Identify different sales channels of a customer
Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

As a merchant I want to add a preselection of payment methods to the personal profile of a B2B user. It would also be handy to enable the debitor to enable / disable payment methods for contacts.

B2B Suite - Make orders more visual
Already placed orders should be able to be filtered by products as well. A list of all products that also shows the product with a picture makes repeat ordering easier than having to search for the desired product from an old order.

Like the existing "Orderclearance inquiry" template to inform the shop owner about a pending quote/offer with the sender in CC.

B2B Suite: Release quotes/offers per link
As the person responsible for quotes/offers that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the quote/offer via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the quote/offer of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

Managable Baskets per Project
Currently it is not possible to order for multiple projects - you only have one basket at a time. In B2B companies employees might have different projects they work and have to order stuff for. Also, budgets and contingents can only be assigned on role level but not project specifically.

B2B Offline orders
Sales representatives might not always have a good internet connection and therefore can't place an order right away. Some way to be able to place an order offline that get's automatically updated as soon as the connection is back should be there.

B2B Offer duplication
Currently it's not possible to duplicate offers in the B2B Suite
so that you have less effort creating new ones with slightly different nuances.
This would ease up the process of sending out several offers at once to customers.1 vote
