Offline functionality for B2B Suite
Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.

Make usage of existing shopware functionalities in B2B Suite
Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

Expanding the Electronic Revocation Function
Current status:
Only the standard Shopware order number field is usable.Problem:
- In professional setups, the ERP system is often the primary system.
- The Shopware order number is not relevant internally.
- A custom field is used instead for the ERP order number.
- The back office works exclusively with this ERP number.Suggested improvement:
- Offer a choice in the admin panel:
- Either the standard Shopware order number
- Or a selectable custom field (e.g., ERP order number)
- Ideally, as a dropdown menu option in the admin panel. Background:

Advanced Product Catalogues - Assign Category & Product Visibility Via Pre-Defined "Template"
ENG: Use case: As a shop operator with many categories and products, I don't want to have to individually determine which categories and products a unit should have access to when creating organizational units. Instead, it should be possible to create templates—which may only be usable and visible at the admin level—that can be used to define viewing permissions accordingly. If I then need to create several organizational units, I could simply—where possible—quickly define the permissions using the template without having to manually define the same permissions again and again for each additional organization.

Product visibility: Only when customer has specific prices
There have been a few requests by B2B shop owners where the challenge is as follows:
Products should only be visible IF the observer/customer has specific prices for them. Basically, this means that no products are visible UNLESS the customer has a set price for it.
From the perspective of a former B2B procurement manager: This is a relatively common thing to see. I purchased tools for the manufacturing personnel, for example. I'd contact the potential suppliers once a year, we'd sit down, talk projected order volumes, figures and conditions.
After that was all negotiated, I'd get a price list…

B2B Components: add CSV bulk import of Employees and Addresses
Some customers may receive the request from business partners to create a lot of employee account with different addresses (see for example support case #SWAG-322222).
Currently each employee and address would need to be added by hand or via the API. Bulk importing as a CSV would make this a lot easier.

Add Custom Text Field per Cart Line Item (B2B Commission Feature)
Would be great to have a feature within the Shopware 6 - B2B Components that allows B2B customers to add a custom text field for each cart line item (like a Commission). This enhancement aims to improve flexibility and support B2B customer-specific internal processes during order creation.
In many B2B scenarios, customers need to add additional information for each product in their shopping cart — for example, internal article numbers, project references, delivery notes, or other customer-specific comments. Currently, there is no native option to capture such information directly at the line-item level.

Advanced product catalogue -> display new products but deactivate buy function
Extend the existing Advanced Product Catalog functionality
The existing Advanced Product Catalog should be extended to allow new added products and categories in the shop to be visible in the storefront but not purchasable by default (Not Show Add to Basket Button).
Only after explicitly adding them to the active B2B catalog should they become available for purchase. This enables merchants to showcase their full product range—e.g. for previews, B2B catalogs, or product teasers—without making new items immediately orderable. It supports better assortment planning, pre-marketing, and channel-specific catalog management.

B2B Components: Multi-level approval
Multi-stage approvals are always required, agreed and requested by large customers. This is required in large and complex environments.

It should be possible to assign the main account to an employee role.

For example, it can be stored as an approver for order authorisations.

B2B: Add option to product detail page like cost center, project, etc.
It would be great, if B2B store would have the option to add selection or comment fields on product detail pages.
This could be used, so that buyers can directly select the cost center or the project, which the product is bought for. This information could then be automatically integrated into the invoices, saving a lot of manually effort for the finance department.

B2B: Gift function with certificate upload and reporting
In B2B context, companies can buy products as gifts. Up to 50€ per person and year can be gifted taxfree.
It would be great, if Shopware offers this gift functionality including a certificate upload (proof) and a reporting function, that gives the company an overview of the gifts of a specific time range.

B2B Components: Add communication in the offer to the order
Communication of an offer should be visible later in the order. This makes it easier for everyone to understand how the order and the prices came about.

B2B Components: Note in the offer
Within the offer, it should be possible to leave internal notes for individual arrangements so that other employees are also informed about the background.

Offers: Reservation of articles
To ensure that items listed in an offer are not sold out in the meantime, these items should be automatically reserved by the system.

B2B Components -> Activate shopping lists for all customers?
We would like to activate the B2B Components shopping lists for all existing customers.
Is this not intended, the documentation only mentions that this must be activated per customer:
https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-6-en/commercial-features/b2b-components#shopping-list
The feature is not listed in the settings for the customer groups, where you can activate global settings for the components. This should also be the case.

CSV-Order change seperator or support xls/xlsx on B2b Integration / Shopware Commercial Plugin
Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.
We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

Output e-mail address of B2B contact
For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.
