This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
- The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. Requirement: Our sales representative logs on as such to one of his assigned customers (in the customer account) and places an order proposal there. The customer receives a notification and can now approve or reject the order. If approved, an order is automatically placed in the store.

    Current status: the sales representative can create orders for his customer. However, these are processed directly, i.e. ordered for a fee. The customer is not involved in an approval process and it cannot be seen in the customer account that the order has been placed by the sales representative.

  2. It is currently not possible to change the number of items in the watch list. It would be desirable to be able to change the number of items.

    Aktuell kann man in der Merkliste keine Änderungen an der Artikelanzahl vornehmen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass die Artikelanzahl verändert werden kann.

  3. It should be possible to create quotations for multiple quantities in B2B.
    Currently, quantities are combined in an order with a request for quotation.

    Example:

    Product XX - 500 = 50€

    Product XX - 1500 = 130€

    This is currently combined in the shopping cart as it is the same product.

  4. Use case:
    we have 2 sales channels:
    - B2B (frontend display without VAT and other payment methods activated as B2C)
    - B2C (frontend display with VAT and other payment methods activated as B2B)
    - both channels have the same articles activated

    Problem: If you are not logged in, your shopping cart is emptied when you change channels.

    Request: Shopping cart is retained when changing channels, as long as the item is available in both channels.

  5. Hello! We would like to check our business customers in advance. That's why they only have to fill out a form, which is sent to us. We then create the customer. To do this, registration and guest orders for the sales channel would have to be specifically deactivated. A form on the registration page would be great

  6. If you have a commision system outside from Shopware like inside an ERP, it would be very usefull, if there is a clear identifier on those orders like the customernumber of the salesrepresentative or his/her Email... or maybe a special number for the salesrepresentative - like you do with affiliate- or campagnes-codes.

  7. Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.

    We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

  8. The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

  9. In Backend: a checkbox in the product to activate an offer / ask for price. For the shop buyer in the frontend a form opens to request for an offer and ask for price.

    In the frontend: the price and delivery status is hidden and the "In shopping cart" button is replaces by "Ask for an offer" button.

  10. It should be possible to select if a debtor has to receive the order confirmation from a contact order.

    At the moment only the contact receives the confirmation mail and the debtor is only informed when an order should be cleared.

    Some merchants would inform the debtor parallel to the contact of an existing order.

    Is it possible to activate a parallel mail via option in the debtor?

  11. The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

  12. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  13. As a merchant I want to add a preselection of payment methods to the personal profile of a B2B user. It would also be handy to enable the debitor to enable / disable payment methods for contacts.

  14. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  15. Already placed orders should be able to be filtered by products as well. A list of all products that also shows the product with a picture makes repeat ordering easier than having to search for the desired product from an old order.

  17. As the person responsible for quotes/offers that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the quote/offer via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the quote/offer of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

  19. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.
