Export orders: one row per line item
If you currently export orders manually, there is one line per order in the CSV file. In the line there is only the total price of all products, recognizable only by their UUID.
It would be desirable to create one line in the CSV per product per order, with the respective unit price and the product number (SKU).7 votesHi there!

Change position of currency symbol
Currently, the positioning of the currency symbol depends on the language used. It would be desirable to have a setting where the currency symbol can be placed actively (per sales channel, if possible).

Exclude discounts from being rounded
Currently, within the currency settings, I have the option to specify whether each item in the cart should be rounded or only the total. Explicitly, however, it should be possible here that discount values are not rounded, even if, for example, the rounding of all shopping cart items is activated.

Make it possible to change country settings in bulk
Currently, when you install Shopware, the country and tax configuration is very basic. This is of course because there is no "right" state that covers every scenario for every shop and this should be looked at and configured by every merchant depending on their circumstances.
However, currently, this requires touching up every single country you plan to do business in individually, which is a lot of work.
Most shops would probably be able to deactivate taxes for all countries in general and then touch up the ones where they cannot do this - this would be a lot less work.…

The possibility to see the whole name of the rules that are used.
A super nice feature ..
It would be very good to get the possibility to see the whole name of the rules that are used. Either the name listed or shown when you hover over. (this applies across all admin)

Double Opt-in for changes in the customer account
Enable double opt-in for changes within the customer account, e.g, if the mail address or other base data is changed.
This should, however, be an optional feature.1 vote -
More user restrictions
As a store owner, I want to make sure that my CI is preserved. For this, I need the possibility to enable only certain content elements for users in the administration, who should only edit the shopping experiences.

Plugin System: Add new context menu entry
Some of my plugins add flows, payment methods, shipping methods, SEO url templates, cms pages etc. I think it is necessary to restore this data at any time if a customer accidentally deletes data. I use the "activate" or "update" lifecycle to refresh the data. But in some cases customers also do not want that changes in the SEO url templates or flows are overridden. I can't use the "install" lifecycle, because new data will not be added later. A customer asked me, to get a special setting, of course this is possible but it will be hidden in the…

Shopping cart value from category
It is not possible that in the shopping cart the value of products from a certain category must be X € for the discount to be applied. You need to create a rule for each category.

Setting options in the admin for potentially harmful code
Setting options in the admin for potentially harmful code, where you can set which HTML tags should be allowed and which shouldn't. This is currently mapped via shopware.yaml, but is rather laborious for customers and not possible at all for cloud customers.

Content search
As a shop owner, my customers should be able to find every content of the shop, not only products.

Show tag ID (key) in the admin
The tag ID is needed to bulk upload a CSV similar to this one. Else we could fix the import accepting tag labels instead of the ID.

Import rules for dyn. product groups
As a shop owner over 100 rules for product groups have to be configured. Therefore it would be helpful to import these rule at once.

Remember category tree
When editing the categories in the admin, you may see the entire page tree, both the categories and the subcategories. If you leave the categories and come back later, the whole tree is closed again. It would be good if Shopware would remember the opened categories and subcategories.

Allow Custom Header Transmission in S3 Adapter & and read/write configuration
In Shopware 5, it was possible to pass additional configuration to the S3 adapter in order to add custom headers during media transmission.
Currently, this is not supported, and I haven't found any relevant documentation on this in Shopware. Our current workaround involves setting the headers recursively once a day using a cron job.
Therefore, the first idea is to enable the transfer of additional headers in the S3 adapter.
Moving on to the second idea related to the same S3 adapter topic, it would be incredibly beneficial to have a configurable read/write mode. This is important for every developer.…

Improve keyboard control in modal dialogs and tables
For faster maintenance of content in modal dialogs, at least the Cancel button should respond to the ESC key and the Confirm button to RETURN. With TAB all controls should be accessible in a sensible order.
When "quickly" changing values in tables via double-click, accepting/rejecting should also work via RETURN/ESC key.1 vote -
Product Creation and Activation Permissions
It would be nice if there is the possibility to create user rights which give the rights to create a product but not to activate it.
So, e.g. an intern could get a user to create products, and an admin can activate them if they are ok.
There could also be automation which sends a mail to an Admin to confirm and activate the product.2 votes -
Make the list of sets of additional fields clearer
Currently the list of additional field sets consists only of the labels of the sets. It would be very nice to have listed there also the entities for which you have assigned them. In addition to the label, which then also appears on the entity (e.g. on the product) as a tab name, there should also be the possibility to assign a kind of internal name, which only appears in the list of sets, so that they can be better distinguished. As an agency, we often like to call the tabs simply "additional info" for our customers. But if we…
