This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots

  4. For internationalization, it could be very helpful to support RTL (right to left) languages like Arabic or Hebrew.
    I understand that we could rely on localization efforts of the communities in regions where these languages are spoken/written. However, I reckon in this case we could receive at least three different solutions and will not get ahead with translations until these solutions are ready: https://translate.shopware.com/project/shopware6/discussions/30. Hence, IMO it would be better to have a solution by ourselves ready to be used by the community.
    In language (not country!) settings, it should be possible to define whether a language is RTL…

  5. As a shop owner who has a setup of many different Sales Channels I want to copy a lot of configurations so that I don´t have to maintain everything manually for each channel.

  6. Problem:
    Currently it's only possible to connect to one SMTP server for emails. There are usecases f.i. SC for different countries that need a separate for each.

  7. We have noticed that neither in 6.4.x nor 6.5.x is the weight of the product available in the order table or in the payload of the products in Order/OrderLine. Of course you can program something, but really every unnecessary additional field is attached to the order. Therefore, the weight information should also be entered.

  8. The condition "product number > starts with" (additionally "ends with") should be introduced for dynamic product groups. This can be used to cover other important scenarios, which is necessary for some large customers.

  9. If technically & legally possible, it would be nice if we switched the cookies required to enable the wishlist to the technically required section.

    This is because most customers who visit a shop only accept the technically required cookies and then often proceed to bother the shop owners about the wishlist feature not being available.

    As we all know, customers often have a hard time reading and/or use browser addons which automatically accept the minimum amount of cookies possible.

  10. It is currently not possible to change the payment status from "refunded" to another status. However, if someone accidentally sets the status to Refunded, there is no way to change it again. It would be desirable to provide the customer with the option of changing the status if the entry is accidental.

  12. Make it possible for the shop owner to monetize features that the shop owner activates for its customers, currently "only" the B2B components. The shop owner activates "quick orders" and "employee management" for the customer and the customer pays the shop owner money for this "package".

  13. I am encountering a limitation with the Flow Builder in Shopware 6, version 6.6.1.1. The only available trigger concerning reviews at the moment is "review got submitted". This does not align with the Rule Builder rule "Number of submitted reviews", which counts only approved reviews, and not all submitted reviews. I have reported this issue under the ticket number: NEXT-35548.

    This misalignment prevents the effective monitoring of the total number of approved reviews after approval, and the total number of all reviews when a new review is submitted.

  14. At the moment, you have to follow the instructions from our docs to install the Digital Sales Rooms feature. The first step is to "clone or download" the repository from GitLab. Don´t make the user think. Just implement it to the commercial extension like all other features Shopware provide.

  16. So far, it is only possible to set a property as filterable and non-filterable. The problem here is that a property that is not filterable can no longer be individually selected as a filter in the categories. However, if you do not want to have all possible properties as filters in a normal shop search, you have no other option than to deactivate the filtering of the property for the entire shop and can then no longer use the property as a filter in categories.

  17. It is possible to add new content to the product under Layout in Product heading. However, this content cannot be exported with the product, as is otherwise possible with other product values. However, it would be desirable for customers to export the content of the product heading, as it can also be useful to change this field in a product using export and import.

  18. If you make a (partial) cancellation and there is an error in the amount, e.g. due to manual adjustment for discounts, then you cannot cancel the cancellation that has already been made correctly, but can only create another (partial) cancellation document. This is probably not correct from an accounting point of view, as it would have to be possible to cancel the cancellation before creating a new cancellation (document).

  20. Unfortunately, it is not possible to filter products in the bakend that have a stock level of 0 or less than 0.

    It would make work much easier if these options were implemented.
