  1. We propose enabling multilingual image uploads for selection options. Currently, only a single image can be stored without language variations. Many images, however, include text that is language-specific.

    Key Features:
    Language-Specific Images: Add upload fields for each language to ensure localized content.
    Fallback Support: Use a default image if no language-specific version is available.

  2. The sorting under Catalogs - Products cannot currently be changed permanently. For example, if sorting by the creation date is desired, it must always be triggered manually and cannot be defined per user.

  3. The Shopware Admin allows to customize the width of columns in our Product-, Order and Customer overview.
    How ever, once a user has adjusted the width to their need and they reload the overview, they have to perform those customizations over and over again from scratch.

    Saving those widths would prevent the frustration of performing the same manual adjusted and improve the user experience.

  4. Currently there is no product sorting criteria option for the creation date, in order to present recent created products more prominently on category pages.

    There is the option to use the "Release Date" as sorting criteria, but this value is not automatically filled while the creation date is created with every new product created.

  5. If a licence warning is issued for an extension, only the external IP address is transmitted as the source. If there are 100 shops behind the same IP, the ‘faulty’ shop cannot be found as a result.

    More meaningful details should also be transmitted (e.g. shop name, internal IP, unique shop properties).

  6. When creating a new order (Orders > Create order), the first step is for colleagues to search for a customer, usually using the e-mail address.

    The customer they are looking for often only appears on page 4-5 of the search results - if they are found at all.

    If no matching customer is found, colleagues use the “Create customer” button and enter the relevant customer data.

    However, when saving, it is often found that the email address entered already exists, which leads to an abort.

  8. Currently, customers have to create each role for their employees. Most customers don't want to deal with all the roles and permissions.

    It should be possible for shop owners to define common roles as a preset.

    Some users of the B2B Components need the option to create offers, i.e. initialized by the store operator and not by the B2B customer. Up to now, this has only been possible when the customer logs in, which is not very user-friendly. The request is therefore: Please make it possible for store operators to easily send offers to their B2B customers.
    In addition, it would be nice if store customers were informed about changes to their B2B status after the store operator has made a decision (e.g. we have activated the shopping lists for you).

  11. If you filtered some variants by a property i.e. color, the bulk edit has no setting to select another Coverimage for products with selected properties. This would be helpful to avoid unnecessary work.

  12. Wir nutzen die SW Funktion dynamische Produktgruppen, um automatisiert eine große Anzahl an Artikeln einer Kategorie zuzuordnen. Das funktioniert hervorragend, hat jedoch einen kleinen Fehler im Gepäck.

    Leider wird kein Breadcrumb erzeugt, welcher für die SEO und Usability relevant wäre, wenn die Artikel auf diese Weise der Kategorie zugeordnet werden.
    Dies klingt zunächst logisch, da der Artikel nicht direkt sondern nur dynamisch zugeordnet wurde, allerdings konnten wir mit einem Plugin einen Breadcrumb automatisch erzeugen.
    Die erforderlichen Informationen sind also vorhanden, der Breadcrumb wurde bei der Entwicklung der dynamischen Produktgruppen vermutlich nur nicht berücksichtigt.

  13. The product variant management page in Shopware 6 wastes significant screen space on larger monitors, forcing unnecessary horizontal and vertical scrolling. The table is too narrow and doesn’t adapt to the available screen size, making key information harder to access.

    Proposed Solution:

    • Dynamically resize the table to fill the available screen space.
    • Add options for compact view and column customization.
    • Enable full-screen mode for data-intensive pages. These changes will enhance usability, save time, and improve the user experience.

  15. The current default slider integration with tinyslider seems not be maintained anymore.
    It would be good to switch to a maintained slider lib again as tinyslider has a multitude of issues, espacially with accessibilty and it is not really customizable.

  17. If the category names are slightly longer, they can no longer be displayed in the fixed grid, and a scrollbar is created. As a result, you always have to scroll first to access the three dots.

  18. Storage stock alert / warning via Email:

    • Minimum stock per item can be defined
    • daily notification of affected items

    In Shopware 5 there was a function to define a minimum stock per article. If this was undercut, the system sent an email message to the admin so that the stocks could be replenished.

  19. For shipping methods with complex price matrix structures it would be helpful to have the ability to duplicate the shipping methods.

  20. If Shopware uses the hamburger menu (i.e. on small screens and windows), the navigation menu is confusing.

    It works on the homepage, because you can see the different categories.

    If you are on a product page, you see “Back” and “Show [category name]” in the menu.

    This is very confusing because you are used to the navigation menu being the same on all pages. In addition, you can't immediately see which categories the online store has.

    If you have a "About us" and a "Contact" page in the menu, visitors do not see it, which costs a lot of trust.
