  1. Most of the people first click on the search positions bar if they want to add a position, because the add position button is next to it and it looks like you can search a product there and add this product as position with the button next to it. It's on the quick-order modal (ux1.png) such as on the normal new order window (ux2.png).

    I would suggest to use the searchbar for adding products and the search position bar should only appear if there already is a position inside the order (or maybe 3 or more positions are there).

  2. Currently, the full voucher value is also issued for a partial return. In the case of a partial return of an order with a percentage voucher, only the percentage of the product should be listed in the return. This is not yet possible.

  3. Extensions, which are added via our Extension Shop are shown permanently in the "My extension" overview in the Admin. These Extensions can only disappear from the overview, if customers archive the license in their Shopware Account.

    This is not really selfexplanatory and creates confusion and frustration.

    Either the documentation musst be clearer (tool tips, docs, etc.) or a function to perform the archiving in the Admin would be highly appreciated.

  4. When I'm in the admin and search for something in products, for example, then edit it and go back, I expect to return to the last search result and not end up in the overview.

  5. Currently, there is a scheduled task running (CleanupUnusedDownloadMediaTask) which deletes unused media and basically runs media:delete-unused.

    It would be nice if we provided an option - probably best in the media manager - to set folders to be excluded from that task, maybe in the folder settings.

  6. If Shopware uses the hamburger menu (i.e. on small screens and windows), the navigation menu is confusing.

    It works on the homepage, because you can see the different categories.

    If you are on a product page, you see “Back” and “Show [category name]” in the menu.

    This is very confusing because you are used to the navigation menu being the same on all pages. In addition, you can't immediately see which categories the online store has.

    If you have a "About us" and a "Contact" page in the menu, visitors do not see it, which costs a lot of trust.

  7. The product slider lacks a logic that decides that only variants that are in stock are displayed.

    The following configurations must be made for this:
    1. create a product with several variants
    2. the main product has no stock
    3. some of the variants have stock and some do not
    4. quickview must be active for the product slider
    5. if it works directly, delete the stock and increase it for other variants

    1. I added a product slider via Content > Experience Worlds (???) > Landing Pages.
    2. I added products to the slider.
    3. I cannot change the order of the products in the slider but need to delete all products and start over again.

    Solution: It should be easily possible to change the sort order of products listed in the product slider without starting over again.

  8. In sw5 there was a tab where you could enter links and downloads.
    Would be nice to have this as standard in SW6.

    It would also be nice for the function to take over this maintained data when migrating from SW5 to SW6.

  9. More and more providers are prohibiting the sending of emails that do not come from the same domain.

    However, as you can only store the access data of one domain in the mailer, this becomes a major problem as soon as you enter several sales channels with different domains.

    From that moment on, not all messages can be sent or are rejected by the provider.

    "mailbox unavailable\r\n 550 Sender address is not allowed.""

    It should therefore be possible to configure the mailer settings for each sales channel.

  10. If an employee forgets their password and wants to reset it, a standard flow is triggered. This flow does not recognize that the person is an employee of a customer, so the email can only be sent to the administrator.

  11. It would be really nice, if we could define different discount levels depending on the shopping cart value in combination with one same discount code. This is a standard usecase for promotions.

    Currently this is not possible, because you can only define one shopping cart rule per promotion.
    Since you cannot create multiple promotions with the same discount code, multiple promotions with different shopping cart rules are not possible at this time.

    Either it should be possible to create multiple promotions with the same discount code or there should be an option to apply customer-, shopping cart- and order rules…

  12. For example, if you use kilograms as the scale unit and want to enter 21.6 grams, the value is rounded to 0.022, as you can only enter 3 decimal places.

  15. Mixed carts allow customers to make both subscriptions and one-time purchases in a single checkout process. Previously, subscriptions could only be completed separately. By combining these options, it enhances upselling opportunities and improves the shopping experience for users by simplifying and adding flexibility to the purchasing process.

  16. In older versions of Shopware 6 the ranking points were shown in the advanced search preview. Currently it is not possible to estimate or optimise the search results, because the shares in the ranking can only be determined manually - if at all.

    Please make the ranking more comprehensible again.

    The is another feedback that seems to belong to default search (https://feedback.shopware.com/forums/942607-shopware-6-product-feedback-ideas/suggestions/45589468-understandable-search-results) maybe it's possible to find an algorithm for both.

  17. Currently, there is an error that the statuses of e.g. the payment status, delivery status and order status are not translated.

    How to reproduce:

    create a new 6.6.7.0 Shop with German as default language

    install the Language Pack

    add f.e. French as language and assign a domain to the language

    create an order as a customer in the Storefront+

    go to “Orders” in the customer account

    Actual result:
    German Translations are displayed within the French Account

    Expected Result:
    Status gets translated

  18. An absolute discount will always contain the same value, regardless of whether the order is gross or net.

    This means that the discount on the product price is greater for a net order than for a gross order.

    It would be nice if the store operator had the option of setting how the discount behaves for gross/net orders.

  19. It would be nice to have the option of copying elements from the shopping experiences and using them in a different place.

    Example: We have the "XY" section in the start page - this should be filled and customised once and then copied in the next step and used in another page.
