This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

  1. The category type "link" does not support images.
    That's not a logical way, because if you build a menu with external links, you cant' assign an image. This exclusion makes no sense.

  2. It would be nice to set up an e-mail notification for a customer group request, e.g. via a flow in the Flow Builder. So far it is only possible to receive the e-mail notification for a customer group with a registration form after you have accepted or rejected the customer group request in the admin. An e-mail as soon as a customer has requested registration for a customer group would be a useful new feature for many customers.

  3. After manual status change in the orders, even if I delete all the flows in the shop, Shopware6 always asks me to send emails to the actual customers. I need settings the skip this step.

    1. I added a product slider via Content > Experience Worlds (???) > Landing Pages.
    2. I added products to the slider.
    3. I cannot change the order of the products in the slider but need to delete all products and start over again.

    Solution: It should be easily possible to change the sort order of products listed in the product slider without starting over again.

  4. It would be nice to have the possibility to use SQL commands for filling fields in a store page. It would be helpful, for example, to automatically display an overview of the store's shipping costs or to automatically implement values from the database that are relevant for customers in a store page without having to adapt all store pages with these values when changes are made.

  5. It would be very helpful if the export of products or other data could be restricted via a dynamic product group or via a rule. For example, I would only like to export orders from the last 2 weeks or products from a specific dynamic product group.

  6. Different decimal separators: The export file for products contains different decimal separators for the representation of fractions. A standardised representation with a point (.) or comma (,) should be defined for the entire export file. PaymentCost is currently transmitted with the separator "point". All other price details have the separator "comma".

  7. Additional fields should be able to be filled in the order assistant because you often want to include an external reference when confirming your order. Currently you can only fill out the fields after confirmation has been sent.

  8. Currently, inactive products are not exported in a product comparison. Also products with a stock level of 0 with activated clearance sales.

    It should also be possible to export inactive products via the product comparison.

  9. It should be possible to select a shipping method that is not visible in the storefront when creating orders in the admin.

  10. It can often be useful to "re-trigger" an order that has already been placed for the customer. This should be possible via the admin and can save a lot of time in day-to-day business.

  11. Promotion codes should be reactivated automatically (when an order is cancelled).

    Example: An order (with promotion) was set to cancelled after a certain time. Unfortunately, the code still has the status "used". After such or a similar cancellation, the code should automatically be released again.

  12. The automatic calculation of the bundle price through the bill of materials assignment, both for purchase price and sales price, would be very helpful. Ideally, the purchase price should also be automatically adjusted if the individual bill of materials items are changed in price.

  15. Like the credit note, the cancellation invoice should have a negative total amount.

    At the moment, everything except the total amount is negative (Cancellation invoice). This can lead to problems when exporting or connecting to a CRM.

  16. It should be possible to create product sliders with data mapping, which can be filled with the top sellers of a category, for example. This would make the manual creation of dynamic product groups obsolete.

  18. It would be nice if there was a switch under my extensions that deactivated all extensions at once, similar to the security mode in Shopware 5.

  19. I would like to duplicate sales channels. In my case I created new sales channels for Google Shopping XML feeds in different languages and it would save time to just dupliucate existing sales channels rather than copying the fields one by one.
